The repairman greeted me right away and explained that he could replace the soles with something more durable. The process was thorough and expertly good. They look amazing! Interesting to note that the local LV and GUCCI stores actually refer their customers to Jorge and Javier as they can bring many of those high end purses back to life for you. This place closed at 7pm, and I was here at 6:30pm…read more I needed some emergency scrubs for next day use. I rushed inside and just grabbed random scrubs to try on in the dressing room. ( Honestly, I was just looking for certain colors) As I rush to the dressing room, one of the girls working asks me if I need help. I just tell her i need a dressing room since i didn't want to keep them long after 7. She turns around and grabs a pair of scrubs from the brand healing hands and informs me its a popular brand due to it's so form fitting material. She was absolutely right. They look and feel amazing. I am so grateful there was such great customer service. She made sure I tried on enough brands to feel confident enough in the one I was going to purchase. This place deserves 5 stars after that service. She never even reminded me of the time they close nor complained that i was taking too long. If she wasn't there to help me out, I would have left with some horrific scrubs that made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks to her, I love my purchase and my experience.
