When you ask a question, they do the minimum possible to check the box. You feel their annoyance; it's palpable. While last shopping there, I overheard a male staff member taking customers' phone calls. Abrasive and curt on every single one ...mental note to never call this store. I like to support local, brick and mortar shops, but when the inventory is lacking and the service is nonexistent-to-rude, what's the point? Beyond that, the physical space is 50% the size needed to support the amount of inventory they have. Perhaps the cramped quarters contribute to the simmering hostility. Overall, just a very unpleasant place to shop. 2 stars for the well curated selection of brands/styles.

I stopped in my tracks and went in and grabbed several in cute designs! They even have more selection here than in the RISD store in Providence. So this is the place to come for BAGGU which totally surprised me due to my lukewarm review of this place back in the day.

I appreciate a company that provides good service to their customers, for this reason I have given them 4 stars. Mistakes happen. They were out of the black pair so I asked for a refund. I went to the wedding in the suit and realized upon getting home that I had sat on something that had caught and created rips in the seat of the pants. She tried on a pair of shoes but found they cut into her heel. Dan called a cobbler, had the shoes fixed, and called her to let her know that they were pain-free and ready for pick up. The first night I wore them in St. Thomas the crystals started to fall off and so I carefully put them away and brought them back to the store upon my return. The owners mom was working that day and said she couldnt do anything for me. When I inquired about who could help, she said no one. These were a final sale. And Dan, the owner was in NY. I asked if she could call him, and she said no. She was absolutely not willing to do anything for me, and even told me there that I could still wear the shoes without the crystals, that they wouldnt "hurt" me. I was dumbfounded at the lack of customer service. I will never shop there again! What a waste of money, even if half off the original price!
