Madison was amazing. I went in looking for a specific pair that I could not locate online and I truly love. She took one look at my shoes and said those are the XYZ model. I wear a 13 wide so those aren't always easy to find. She helped locate similar options in the store and then took the initiative, when I mentioned how much I loved these, to look up the last pair available in the U.S. and offer to order and ship them to me. Selena was absolutely awesome from start to finish. I found the shoe I wanted, but the size was not on the shelf. She stated that they had gone through a recent reset and not to give up yet, that not all of the shoes had been moved accordingly. A few moments later she not only brought the ones I was looking for in my size, but she brought color options with her. We spoke briefly, said she wasn't there to push a sale, just to help with anything I needed. She explained the Skechers club, I signed up. She made sure I received all applicable discounts, told me I would be receiving a 25% off in my email to use online. PRICING was unbelievable, too!! What would anyone say about a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee mean? That's what is printed on their receipt! I bought a pair of shoes and tried to return them within 6 days. Their policy was within 10 days! I got the runaround on day 6 and I spoke with 3 people who worked in customer service. All I wanted was to exchange the same shoes for the same brand that was to small. The customer service was extremely poor, hateful, disrespectful and rude at this store. I have never received any humiliation at any sketchers store ever except this store in Lubbock TX. Upon calling the district manager to resolve my issue the store assistant manager threw my stuff around and had a very poor attitude towards me and the district manager. read more

Staff is very friendly and helpful but these prices don't really seem like outlet prices, not that outlet stores usually do, but these seem like the same price as what they are in a normal Skechers store. They try to trick you with the buy one get one half off gimmick. There clearance section is mostly half off, but even the half off prices seem high to me. More than likely won't buy anything here, but you never know. read more

Greeted when we walked in & one guy later asked if we needed help but when we got to register 2 employees were standing there & didn't say a word just asked another employee to come run the register. My opinion of your store here in Lubbock is not the best. I was in there the other night to buy some tennis shoes. The employee's greeted me with Hello welcome to Skechers. Nothing else. No one came to see if I needed any help. They we three employees standing around the cash register. Cutting up and laughing, you could hear them at the back of the store. One employee had their young child in the store that came from the back as I was shopping for shoes. I finally found some shoes that I liked took them to the register and one young lady said "Buy one get one half price does not include clearance". I explained I didn't know anything about the buy one get one deal. Nobody said a thing and there were no signs that stated the fact. They young gentleman at the register asked for my email address, I told him it was under my phone number he told me that they just changed it to email. I was at that point to where I just about left the shoes on the counter and leave the store. Your employees were very rude. I called the store the next day to talk to a manager and left a message and have never got a call back in return. So what does that tell you! I'll be finding another store to buy my shoes from now on. read more

Bought a pair of shoes here on 2/23/2016 for work at a clinic. I've never worn them for anything else besides work. They're falling apart less than two months later, even though they still look brand new, so I tried to return the shoes. I couldn't find the receipt, but I figured I had my bank statement and I also signed up for their rewards program the day I bought the shoes. The woman working the front desk was helpful and told me to go get another pair of the same shoes, so I tried but they didn't have my size. I went back up to talk to her again, but by that time she'd talked to her manager and was told without the receipt and the original box they came in I couldn't return the shoes. Who the hell keeps their shoe box for two months in case the shoes just completely fall part?? The manager finally caved on the box thing and told me I needed to drive back home and get a bag and bring the shoes back in the bag. Now I'm only back at there store because, you know, stuff happens. Maybe it was a bad batch of glue or whatever., but to tell me to go home and bring them back in a bag when they're swimming in bags at the front register I could tell this guy was just clueless and it wasn't worth arguing about, especially since I didn't have the receipt on my 2 month old shoes. I told the manager I would never be back to their store and I would make sure all of my friends at the hospital knew exactly what kind of customer service this store provided. He could have cared less. The only shoes I wear for work are sketchers, but that's about to change. I guess signing up for their reward program was as big a waste of time as trying to talk to their manager. If you do decide to shop at this store, make sure you save the receipt and also have room to store your original shoe box for the life of the shoe. read more
