I have been going to this store for the last 8 years to purchase shoes to take to family members out of state and give as gifts. Last year 2024 was the first time I had a bad experience where the employee followed me at every step I made and made me feel very uncomfortable and I was not able to try on different shoes since they have offer buy 1 and 2nd is 50%. I ended up buying one pair and just left after informing the supervisor how I felt. Again, this year went to give the store another chance and it was the same situation, I was trying on shoes and felt someone staring at me and there was the employee just staring at me as if I'm going to fit shoes in a tiny purse I had with me. The worse part of this is that there were more than 7 customers in the store but I was the only one being followed both times. I was not able to try different shoes again, having the employees just standing in the same place to stare at me when I was trying to find shoes. read more

This year Skechers is having one of the biggest holiday sales ever. Buy one get the second 60% off!! I normally see the sale for 50% off. So this year it's more curial than ever to take advantage of the 60% off. I recommend stopping by the warehouse outlet instead of a retail location where you are able to find a wider range of styles for the whole family! This location has a huge parking lot at on a busy street you can't miss. It's one of the biggest outlet in so cal! This was my first time here and I was quite impressed compared the Citadel Outlet. I am amazed on how organized and well kept since the store is huge. The staff are friendly and are helpful if you need help. You can't go leave the store without finding a pair you like at a very affordable price. And how can you go wrong at 60% off on the 2nd pair!!! Skeckers are known for their memory form which shapes into your feet. They are super duper comfortable and durable as well. I own many pairs and they are good for at least 3 to 5 years. I have walked in these shoes to for many miles days per day during my vacation to Europe, Japan, and Korea with so much comfort. The store was clean and well organized but honestly the employee at the register could've been nicer. I don't know if she had a bad day or whatnot but she gave me attitude and was very rushed without care in packaging the sneakers we bought. The prices of the sneakers are a little overpriced but definitely better than other brands like Nike or Adidas. Some of the boxes were dented and wrinkled and the shoe sizes were not chronological. read more

This store is huge and is a great addition to the lovely city of Whittier located in same shopping center as Ulta!! The employees Saturday greeted us and offered assistance. You're guaranteed to find something affordable and cute for the whole family. Plus they have clearance section with super low prices. The selection of girl shoes is insanely cute.. Great place for shoes. My mom loves the Skechers brand and so when we found out a closer location was available, well we headed straight over to check it out. My mother bought a pair of the new slip on shoes . She loves them. I left my brand new iphone 14 there. And when I called the women there said they had it. Easy pick up. Took my grandma here to try to find some shoes that don't hurt her arthritis and can keep her from slipping. Seemed that maybe an associate or two were annoyed that she had to try on like 7 pairs. That was until we got to the front desk and met a girl named grace working . She went above and beyond to try to help my grams order a pair of shoes from another store that she felt comfortable walking in , since that store didn't have the color or size she wanted. I was traveling by car from San Diego to Sacramento on 5/16/22. I called this store first to make sure they had my shoe in stock before heading to the store. Brian assisted me and was a quick, great help! He checked his stock right away and even held a pair of the shoes I called about behind the counter until I could get there. Beautiful new store. Love the wide variety of shoes. Not a fan of the shoes for myself but for my kids I do love them. A lot of their shoes do come with cushions and help support the feet. They have a lot of cool shoes for kids with lots of colors and light ups. Sandals for kids are comfy too. They sell some work out clothing that are cute. The store is really big and very clean. Went in looking for some work shoes as I've found that Skechers steel toed on slip lasts a long time for being on my feet all day. Hardly any customers, no service provided on the floor, and NO seating for when I wanted to try on shoes or mirrors?! For a shoe store they're not providing what the consumer needs to make a decision for purchasing. I'm not a stickler for being acknowledged by staff at a store, but for those who care I was not acknowledged going in or coming out and not asked if I needed help as I wandered around looking confused and obviously looking for something. Go to DSW to get your Skechers instead, probably cheaper there too. read more

Terrible customer service from Chandler who claims to be the manager which I find very hard to believe. You would think a new location for Skechers south of Friendly Hills would have great customer service. Very disappointing as this is across the street from me, will not shop at this location any longer. The Norwalk location was superb in ther customer service. read more

Employees were unfriendly and in the 45 minutes I was there no one in my group was acknowledged in any way shape or form. The 50% sale was also not very well explained on the signage and are told once you get up to the counter some shoes don't apply to the discount. read more
