The employee at rolling oaks location had called this employee at Walzem and they told me they will wait for 15 min since it was 8:50pm and they close at 9pm. I raced to Walzem and when I got there the closing employee, started flailing her arms around and refusing to open the door or even help me. Once she came to the door I explained who I was and that I was the one coming from rolling oaks mall. She then told me "what don't you fucking understand, we are closed!" Keeping my reaction to myself, I repeated myself that I needed to just exchange for a bigger size & that that's all I needed. This woman then went on to tell me "I don't give a shit what you need I got kids I got to go home to!" I told her SO DO I! So after rushing over to that location after being told someone would be able to help me, I left with the same wrong size shoes and a horrible experience! I will be going back tomorrow to get the name of the employee since she refused to give it to me. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to go to this location! If this is how foot locker allows their employees to talk to customers I will never shop their chain again! I have emailed corporate along with leaving them a voicemail!
