Their rude attitude escalated my frustration. They were unwilling to entertain the fact that they made a mistake. For a third time in all the years i had to call in and check an order to get momentum on it, it usually only happens around the holidays, this time no excuse. I called and complained but instead of resolution I was told by them that they are a good company with good reviews and that they see no issue. I cant get over how i was treated and it only made me more mad. I got hung up on because i expressed that i was getting F**ked on this and that their attitude was unbelievable.
