Met Richard, the owner, and he have me a tour of his shop. Most transmission shops are parts replacers and their diagnostic tools are a visual inspection. Richard has the equipment to completely rebuild valve bodies to make them as good as new. Richard rebuilt my valve body (big part of my trannys problem). He also said the forward clutch pack was built with inadequate clearance and there were parts missing from the overdrive section. Richard kept me informed of the progress throughout the rebuild and the final price was cheaper than he quoated when you factor in the upgraded torque converter I requested. Have about 500 miles on rebuild, 300 of which is pulling a 10k 5th wheel. Three year warranty too. Take it to Quality to get a high quality rebuild at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Dale

Scheduled an appointment on their website and it scheduled it at the wrong location. Waited an hour…read morein the parking lot. Employee said, "Oh yeah, that website is messed up". Same employee took me in and told me I would have to pay a $125 diagnostic fee for my transmission issue. It would be removed from the repairs if they did them later. Sounds fair. I then asked her for a quote for a scenario with my car....."How much would you charge me to remove a faulty transmission and install a remanufactured one". She said she could not possibly answer this. Took my car to two other shops and left with a quote immediately. Why would I invest $125 if I didn't know what their charge was for a transmission replacement, which I'm pretty sure I need. The young service lady also claimed that I was condescending and disrespectful. She is the last employee I would want to represent my business.

First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

My car had a super inconvenient issue. The ignition switch had totally locked up. I literally…read morecould not turn the key. TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.
