I had purchased a hydrafacial package awhile ago. However, my first experience wasn't that great. The most obvious area for clogged pores for me is my nose and after that facial, I felt like she didn't really do a good job. Overall the experience wasn't memorable for me and I was hesitant on coming back. After several text messages attempting for me to rebook my next hydrafacial, I decided to come in the other day. Luckily they had same day availability. The person who worked with me was MICHELLE! I was completely relaxed and had such a great facial with her!! She was really nice and constantly checked in on me. She definitely paid attention to details and was gentle with extractions (but got the job done). I've had many facials in my life. This did not meet my expectations! I feel like for the price it was not worth it. I would have rather have stayed home & put my own serums & face mask on. I had one bump on my face that needed extraction & I was told it was nothing. It's been there for two months & I know it just needed to be extracted. I can see something is there in my 10x mirror. I was fortunate enough to win an Instagram giveaway for facials for me and my mom. We had such a great experience! Mylene contacted us right away to get us scheduled and let us choose the day and time. We showed up at 12:30 the day of our appointment, but turned out Mylene had us down for 2:30 - I blame the Bluetooth in our car for the misunderstanding, oops. She was totally accommodating though and said she would just take us then since we were already there - really nice of her. But we noticed there were two ladies in the waiting area and we didn't want to mess up their schedule, so we went and had lunch and returned at 2:30. They were ready and waiting for us! The spa itself is really nice inside and more spacious than you'd think. Nice big, clean bathrooms too. We both loved our facials and they seemed to pull out all the stops for us. It was supposedly a $99 treatment but they combined a bunch of services from different facials they offer and it lasted about 90 minutes. We definitely got more than we expected and it was all complimentary. They didn't even try to sell us on any products. They just said they hoped we would come back, which we plan to. I've been going to YourSpa for the past 2 years. I came in with severe adult acne that deteriorated my confidence. My acne had gotten to a point where I had to wear makeup when I went out in public because I was just so self conscious and embarrassed by it. I knew makeup was making my skin worse, but I was running out of solutions. I see Mylene every time I come in. She is the only person I trust with my skin. I've tried so many other spas to help with my adult acne but I never felt they truly cared for my skin the way she does. Other spas push you into purchasing all of their products in stock but Mylene truly recommends what she knows will help your skin. I've been getting hydrafacials and Mylene tailors each treatment based on my skin's current condition. Due to the nature of my skin, I go in for a facial at least once every 4-6 weeks. Your Spa staff are very accommodating with my schedule and they will always confirm with me a couple of days before my appointment. This is so helpful because I forget to record my facial into my calendar sometimes! The pros and cons even out here. Pros- signature hydrafacial is a very good deal and the services are comprehensive. It is more than a "regular" hydrafacial for the same price. My skin has improved overall since my treatments. Cons- Didn't feel comfortable with the staff that I met. Although I was greeted warmly, my aestheticians have been curt and patronizing. Whenever I go to pay, whoever takes my money looks me up and down with disgust, asks me what products I use, and then tries to get me to buy their products by telling me that my face is red and bumpy (yes, maybe this is because my face has been poked at/scrubbed/burned for the last 2 hours). I don't like the lack of communication between aesthetician and client, and then the bullying at the end. There have been different people each time, so maybe I just haven't been lucky. I'd say ask for the name of your aesthetician and develop a relationship with her before getting any work done! read more

Becareful if you are going to do the skin tag removal treatment. I was very disappointed that no one told me what to expect during and after the treatment. I asked as many questions as I could think of but I wasn't told that I wasn't going to be able to wear any makeup, or any other products on my face for an entire week. I wasn't told that my face will look this bad! I found out during the treatment as I started smelling my burnt skin and had to ask them to stop. If they had communicated completely what the treatment entailed, I would have made plans accordingly. The worst part is that I have a performance and now half of my face looks terrible and I can't use any makeup. I'm never coming back to this place! read more

Upon arriving to their place these are what their safety measures are: -check your temperature -swap out your footwear to a pair of soft & brand new Your Spa provided spa slippers that you get to take home -sanitize your hands -lock your personal belongings in a disinfected locker and you'll be provided with the key -go to your treatment room which has the protective acrylic shield installed between you and your aesthetician plus they've got new and clean plastic covers on the spa bed and disposable paper blankie -after your treatment, your respective aesthetician cleans all the equipments and door handle in the room -payment counter also has their protective acrylic shields up And the most essential thing that i noticed is that all the Your Spa owners and staff members are wearing face shields, masks, gloves, PPE gowns which is really important to make us clients feel safe and cared for. read more
