Shaena did a wonderful job and really took her time making sure the shape of my new and improved brows were perfect. I spent a lot of time researching this procedure and businesses that offer permanent cosmetics before choosing Litwin. My procedure was shorter than I expected and only took about 3 hours total, including the pre-shaping that Shaena does before she begins the actual microblading process. Shaena does a great job of explaining all of your options and helping you choose the best solution for you. She was extremely responsive and quick to answer all of my questions before my appointment. Microblading is a bit more uncomfortable than I had anticipated, but everyone has different levels of tolerance and Shaena makes the procedure as comfortable as possible with numbing gel. It is similar to getting a tattoo, but more of a slower, dragging feeling. They also offer a nanobrow procedure using a tool that is similar to a traditional tattoo gun that speeds up the procedure, so if you aren't comfortable with microblading, you may want to opt for nano instead. As with a tattoo, the discomfort is only temporary and IMO it's worth the long term results. Microblading has significantly shortened my morning routine, which no longer consists of filling in my brows and concealing a scar on my right brow. Now I can actually say "I woke up like this" because my face already feels put together the moment I get out of bed. No more reaching for my brow gel! The healing process has been easy and I've experienced minimal sensitivity and no bruising. It may sound dramatic, but I really feel like the benefits of cosmetic tattooing are life changing. If you've been thinking about having this procedure done, just go for it. You will not regret it!

I was a walk in at 7 o clock on a Saturday and all I wanted was a full set. It was approximately a 10 minute wait which I did not mind. The male manicurist with a short military haircut convinced me out of the acrylic nails because he is swore the gel was better. I have done gel for the past year and I wanted a break from the soak off method because it weakens your nail bed. And that is precisely what I told him. He said that he will do the gel to see how I like it anyways. He did not listen to my request or what I wanted, this very much upset me. Now I asked for a manicure which is filing, shaping of the nail, cutting of the cuticles, at least some f****** lotion!!! He was rushing the entire time and I wanted to tell him just slow the f*** down!! I am military and I requested clear polish. That's all I wanted but he decided to put a cream overlay on top of my nails after I told him all I wanted was clear. Now at this point I feel disrespected. What also bothered me was that he broke my pinky nail and he continued to paint over my chipped nail and Told me he would fix the problem later. He approximately did I think 6 or 7 coats of three different types of gel polish he decides to file the tips of my nails add an additional clear coat. I pulled my hand back and said " No no no no I do not want my nails filed after you have painted them." His response was that my nail was weak after gel and he was making it stronger at the tip. I don't know what kind of b******* he is talking about but I shut my mouth and let the "professional" do his job. He did not allow me to wash my hands, he did not clean under my nails, this is not what I asked for and I am very very very very upset and I really wanted to yell at him but I decided not to cause a scene. I will attach pictures of my final product. As a very loyal customer I always expect a quality job done every single time because it is what I pay for and I tip very very well usually more than half of what the total price is. I am visiting from out of town so I know I can go home and return to Millenia Nail Salon and get the customer service I deserve and the Polish that I desire. If I may suggest to any male or female that would like to visit the shop I would suggest to not welcome the males to do your hands nor your feet because they do not have a tender touch nor a tender heart and bad customer service coming from another female getting her toes done in the shop, and the other review on this site. PS. They do not use fresh and unused packs of tools so that is very dangerous for cross contamination of germs and fungus so beware!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP (Good Luck)

I could tell she definitely knew what she was doing when she immediately chose the right sizes of nail tips for every nail without having to compare them or size them up. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I asked for short, almond-shaped nails, short enough that I could type on the keyboard at work. Jenny did a beautiful job on my nails, and she got them to the perfect length! Long enough for a feminine touch, but short enough to be practical. Most nail techs I've been to tend to err on the long side, but she got them just right. After I paid, she gave me a little stamp card that will get me a $20 discount after 12 visits! I'll certainly be back. :)

Then tried to do my nails with eye shadow using colors I didn't want at all.
