Their laser is stronger than you can purchase for at home use, therefore it is more painful- the feeling is similar to a rubber band snap. However, it requires immensely less treatments because of its strength. The entire laser if process took around 10 minutes for both areas total and they use ice to cool the area which is a god send! I will absolutely be returning for the remainder of my laser treatments.

I've had hydrafacials before- this one was a big $150 joke and I would recommend going literally anywhere else before purchasing one here. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.The girl who did it seemed super irritated and rushed through the whole process. At the end of the service I laid in the room alone for at least 10 minutes before she came in to check on me, I was about 2 seconds from getting up and walking out. On top of everything, I left with my face feeling more dry than it did when I went in. No products get put on at the end or anything. Complete and total waste of $150. I will say I never had a bad experience with my laser hair removal or Xeomin, besides my initial phone call where I was talked into a $3500 package by a very pushy sales woman who told me my hair would be completely gone after my treatments and that's ..not how it works. Overall I would recommend LaserAway for laser hair removal and potentially Botox but not other services, and I think many of their sales methods are QUITE shady.

I'm kind of blown away that I found Restorations on Groupon. I've been going back for over a year now, getting better results for almost PAINLESS microneedling as I did for insanely painful laser treatments that I had at other places. My skin has never been so clear, and my hyperpigmentation from years of acne is basically gone. At other places, microneedling has kind of felt like being slapped in the face repeatedly with a meat tenderizer, but whatever Kim uses to numb your face works like a charm. Seriously. Not to mention: As soon as you meet Kim, you realize there's something very deeply beautiful about her. She is maternal, warm, tuned into your needs, and (above all) masterful at what she does. She's been in the business for something like 40 years, and you can tell. She's never once tried to upsell me on anything -- it's not that kind of place at all. He took me to an exam room and went thru my medical history and also what I was looking to achieve with my skin. After discussing the medications I was on, he said it would not be a good idea to get the treatment I purchased the voucher for, but could go ahead and schedule a Carboxy Face Mask to see how that worked for me. I asked if I could have it done right there and then and he said he would go ahead and do the treatment for me. Steve is very professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He really know his stuff. The exam room was comfortable and after changing into a gown, he started with a very thorough microdermabrasion followed by the mask. It was a weird sensation (really feels like pop rocks), but I only had a little bit of tingling but no discomfort. He then did some light therapy on top of the mask. I was very pleased with the results and he gave me a salon credit because the mask was cheaper than the laser treatment voucher. Steve and his staff are awesome! Felt very comfortable and they also provide massages, wax, laser hair removal, botox/fillers and a variety of facials (especially for people suffering from acne). I like the fact that they are medically directed and supervised, and their medical team is often on site. I'm sure they have…read moreother strengths but based on my experience as well my daughter's experience in the last few months, they have missed or mis-diagnosed skin cancer and/or pre-skin cancer on 2 out of 2 people for 2 out of 2 visits. That's flat out scary. We both went for 2nd opinions and both of those appointments revealed the fact that spots Cara Mia missed or mis-diagnosed were cancer or pre-cancer as well as some spots Cara Mia wanted to biopsy, were nothing to worry about, for both of us. And on top of that, within minutes of the start of the exam, the Cara Mia started freezing off 7 spots that who knows if they were pre-cancer or not. It felt like there was a lot of up-selling happening but I can't be positive, just my hunch. But most importantly to miss skin cancer is just dangerous on their part.
