I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal. It's hard to say how frustrated and disappointed I am by their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' time. From the beginning, I had high hopes for Milan Laser's reputation for effective hair removal. However, any glimmer of optimism was swiftly shattered when I attempted to schedule my appointments. The process was convoluted and confusing, and their staff seemed uninterested in helping me find suitable time slots. But the real nightmare began when I managed to secure appointments. On not one, but multiple occasions, I arrived punctually only to be met with a series of excuses and apologies for their faulty air conditioning system. It's hard to comprehend how a supposedly reputable establishment can allow something as basic as air conditioning to disrupt their operations. It's almost as if they expect customers to tolerate being uncomfortable in a sweltering environment while they fumble about trying to rectify the situation. The most egregious part is that their staff doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience caused to the customers. Rather than taking proactive steps to address the issue or providing some form of compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience, they simply offer half-hearted apologies and vague promises that the problem will be fixed "soon." My time is valuable, and I expected Milan Laser to respect that. Instead, they have shown a blatant disregard for their customers' schedules and well-being. It's not just about the faulty air conditioning; it's about their overall attitude towards customer service and their inability to fulfill their promises. In the end, I can't help but feel like Milan Laser Hair Removal is a prime example of a company that has lost touch with its customers and their needs. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a disappointing and frustrating experience. Out of all the Milan Laser locations this the best by far. Ms. Alicia at the front desk is very kind, she goes above and beyond to make sure they accommodate to my schedule (my schedule is very hectic) so I can make all my appointments. Ms. Leah is the manager and no lie I think she is the nicest person in management I've ever met. She takes very good care of her staff and you know what they say a happy worker is a productive worker. Last but not least Ms. Mical she's the best nurse I've had for any of my appointments. I've been getting laser done on and off for 3 years and the pelvic area is the most complicated area to get through but her technique made it easier to get done. To be honest I didn't even want to give her name in this review because I want to always be able to get in with her specifically but I give credit when it's due. Booking such a personal service, by phone, during Covid, left me wondering if I had made the right decision. When I recieved a call from Sabrina, prior to my initial, in-house consultation, my worries began to ease. I arrived to the Aurora, CO location to find an immaculate and sanitary office. The location is beautifully decorated. Sabrina, personally greeted me, well before my appointment time. All of my questions were answered in a highly knowledgeable and compassionate manner. Sabrina went above and beyond, even sharing her own personal experiences. I came here to get an area treated per my dermatologists recommendation. I got a free 1x session on my armpits as part of a promo they were offering. I am normally an everyday shaver of my armpit because I have very dark, course hair. I have attached photos of my arms from the day I shaved and a few days later with very minimal stubble. I have been shocked and amazed with the results from just this 1 treatment. I am now a huge fan of laser hair removal and Milan for offering a hair free promise. Worth every penny.
