Just drove to my appointment only to be told they didn't show my appointment and said doc was double booked but they could schedule me for another day. Don't waste your time.

After two years I've never laid eyes on the doctors whose names appear on the door. I had been going here for yearly check-ups and chemical peels (which have been administered differently almost every time....a bad sign). One day I discovered inflamed hair follicles that were itchy. I showed these spots to the PA who told me, "...you should try changing shampoo and conditioner". A few months later my hair started to fall out so I did some of my own research on line (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic). I went back and told the PA that I might have folliculitis. He said, "probably not, but we'll take a biopsy and have the lab look at it." Guess what? I have bacterial folliculitis! He told me to use a specific shampoo and Mupirocin ointment. Four weeks after starting treatment, it's no better. During this time I had asked him to look at a raised spot on my nose, and he had told me it was nothing; maybe a keratosis. He never asked how the folliculitis treatment was going. The spot was really bothering me, so I went back a couple of weeks later. This time he took a biopsy and, lo and behold, I have basal cell carcinoma, a common skin cancer. I'm through with this place. In the past, I've always seen a Dermatologist. I'll look for a similar type of office.

I initially underwent breast augmentation in 2021. Shortly after surgery, both implants bottomed out significantly and sat unnaturally low on my torso. I was told this would be corrected with an internal repair using sutures, and I diligently followed every post-operative instruction, including wearing support garments and taping for months. Unfortunately, the revision did not resolve the issue. One breast continued to bottom out while the other appeared uneven and as though little correction had been made. Rather than addressing the underlying cause, I was advised to increase my implant size, and at no point was a breast lift discussed as a potential solution. After a third surgery utilizing internal mesh, I was left with uneven breasts, significant scar tissue, and ongoing complications. Multiple plastic surgeons I consulted afterward expressed concerns regarding the outcome and informed me that I now have issues including capsular contracture and substantial scar tissue formation. What has been most disappointing is not only the surgical outcome but the lack of accountability throughout the process. I invested thousands of dollars, endured multiple surgeries, recoveries, emotional distress, and years of hoping for a result that was never achieved. This experience has had a significant impact on my confidence, mental well-being, and trust in the cosmetic surgery process. I encourage anyone considering surgery to thoroughly research their options, seek multiple consultations, and ensure they fully understand all available treatment approaches before moving forward. I share my experience honestly in hopes that it helps others make an informed decision and find a dr that will not abandon you when and ignore all communication after multiple attempts.
