My original esthetician was great overall, but she accidentally missed a very small section on one side during my Brazilian. Mistakes happen, so I called and was told coming back to fix it would be complimentary. When I returned, a different esthetician saw me. The fix literally took maybe 3 minutes total, but instead of simply correcting the issue, she insisted the hair was still there because that area "isn't included" in a Brazilian service. I've been getting Brazilians for over 12 years and have never once had that tiny section intentionally left untouched..... just on ONE SIDE MIND YOU...so the explanation honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting....actually it didn't feel that way. It WAS that way. What made the experience worse was that after fixing maybe 10 hairs, she tried charging me $25 for a "touch-up" that was clearly correcting an honest mistake from the original appointment. The employee I saw around 1 PM on Saturday the 23rd of May seriously needs better customer service training. Customers come back when businesses handle small issues professionally and respectfully -- not when they're made to feel like they're wrong for pointing out a missed spot. Really disappointing experience this time. Train your employees how to handle this better and take accountability.

After reporting the burns, I requested a refund but was repeatedly asked for photos and told to wait until after my dermatology appointment. I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this business.

While she did beautiful nails her rudeness intensified with each appointment. On my 3rd appointment I requested she use the same gold sticker art she used for me 2 weeks prior. She flipped through her book, while I watched and proceeded to tell me "I can't find the sticker. I lost it" I told her I believe I saw it, and she snapped at me "that one is silver! You said you want gold!" I asked to see the book so I could switch my design and lo and behold I found the gold sticker. I pointed it out and she scoffed and proceeded to use more pressure on my nails to the point it hurt. Despite all this I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her work and scheduled a fill. When she saw it was me she gave me a cold look and walked away. The receptionist then told me Stella is refusing service and another tech would assist me.
