It's poor business practice by someone who wants to treat me as the problem over their own poor communication skills. Then immediately text her letting her know I hadn't seen the promo price pop up. She text me back stating that there was no promotion going on at this time so therefore the price was what it was. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away. Just be carful, I literally fee like I was tricked into rebooking so she could have some extra money, ‍. She's a tricky one.
