I have been getting my eye brows for the past ten years. I didn't start coming to Excellent Eyebrows Threading salon until about a year and a half ago. Prior I was getting my eye brows and lip waxed. But threading is the way to go. People always say that eventually your hairs will slow their growth after a while. I did not see this take place the 7ish years I waxed. Now that I have stated threading I have seen a huge difference. In the past year and a half my hair growth has slowly decreased. Neelam is such a wonderful person to be around. I look forward to see her every month or so. Also when I would wax my face was quite sensitive. My face would break out and my eyebrows would never look great. Ever since I've started threading I feel like they always look perfect! I feel like a brand new person once I get threaded. I 100% recumbent excellent eyebrows. When I recently moved into the area, I was honestly afraid of not being able to find another eyebrow lady, I had been going to the same lady for years. I later met Neelam through a mutual friend. Let me tell you, I can positively say that Neelam actually does a better job than my previous eyebrow lady. She's very gentle and takes her time, when another customer walked in and she wasn't finished with my eyebrows I didn't sense her being rushed. She politely told the customer that she'll be with her as soon as she can. She countinued finishing my eyebrows with what felt like very precise detail. When she handed me the mirror to see the results, I couldn't be any happier, she killed it, as usual. Very highly reccomend this place and will send people her way! read more

Neelam is so good at what she does! I absolutely love her work. Every time she hands me the mirror after finishing my brows, I hold it up and think "Wow, they've never looked better! Why did I let so much time pass since my last appointment?!" So, here, I'm making a resolution to see her on a more frequent basis, because it's so worth it (and it's not even expensive!). I also get the upper lip threading (which only adds a couple dollars to your total when you have your brows done). Neelam completes the job quickly and applies lotion right away to soothe the tender skin. I'm always surprised at how fast the redness disappears. I am originally from Southern California where I trusted one woman to do my brows. I am very picky after having many experiences where my brows were threaded or waxed too thin, not in line with my natural arch, or not completely symmetrical. After moving to Salem, I was hesitant about letting anyone touch my eyebrows who was not the woman I had trusted for many years. I went here the first time almost a year ago and I was so nervous because no one else had ever done my brows but myself! I immediately felt calmed because it is a small quiet room with space just for yourself and Neelam. I'm always blown away at how quick and efficient she is! Even if she is already helping someone, or is on lunch break, I am always in and out in 10 minutes max (most often less!). Neelam is very welcoming and frequently asks if you and doing okay, as well as checking that you like the results at the end. Though I have no other experiences to compare to, I don't want any! Absolutely amazing. So many people at so many different places have completely butchered my eyebrows. I let them grow out for about a month then spent the time one day to use pomade to fill in the shape I wanted and came back with a picture of it. I had wanted to do waxing because everywhere I went and got them threaded had just about destroyed them and I decided I was about done with that- she advised me to threading as she could be more precise to the exact shape I wanted. Eyebrows on fleek!!! Neelam is friendly and professional. I have gotten my brows threaded at the two other brow salons in Salem and find her customer service is the best. I also like that you can park in front of the salon and walk right in. It's more convenient than having to find parking and trek into the mall. First time here! Got a full face threading done in 15 minutes. I typically only get my eyebrows threaded but decided to do full face since I have a family photoshoot coming up.
