One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away. Just be carful, I literally fee like I was tricked into rebooking so she could have some extra money, ‍. She's a tricky one.
