Such a beautiful and welcoming spa! Every time I walk in the door, I feel so relaxed. The decor is amazing-every room manages to be artfully decorated, while still being inviting. #goals Erin T. does the most amazing eyelash extensions!!! I still have people asking me whether my lashes are real or not, because they look so natural- and it's made me feel so much more confident. :) Erin really cares about doing great work and takes her time to individualize the extensions to her client's lashes. She also makes sure to explain her process, and how to take care of your lashes so they'll stay healthy. Two fills and over a month later, and they still look sooooo good! Erin Thornton has been waxing my chest and back since this business opened a few years ago. Just recently my girlfriend and I received facials. I was pleasantly surprised the care Erin took when dealing with my sensitive skin and with my girlfriends acne prone skim. She gave us a few samples before we purchased anything to see how we liked at home. Which I found pretty great because she doesn't try to be pushy. We ended up purchasing a few items from the organic line that she carries. My girlfriend said that she has never felt so great about her skin until she saw Erin T, who also specializes in acne. I have been in a few times for facials and waxing by Erin Thornton (the owner) and I have to say that it is by far the best services I've had in Humboldt County. Her attention to detail and knowledge of skin types is commendable. Not many places cater to facials for men, but she really knows her stuff. I get my back and chest waxed as well and it's always quick and easy. Also they have a masseuse by the name of Marissa that is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I have been going to Erin for multiple services since she opened Skin by Whats Her Face 7 years ago. I love her fruit enzyme based skin care Roccoco. Im constantly getting compliments for "glowing skin". Erin healed my adult hormonal acne after just a couple sessions and I havent had a problem since. She's super fast at waxing and makes sure Im comfortable. She has fantastic people working there doing lashes and massage with a great store full of soaps, candles, beautiful crystal earrings. Levia Bishop is an amazing eyebrow artist! She mapped out the shape of my brows and told me exactly what she was going to do.
