First of all, I am not one to ever leave a negative review but this has to be put out there. Skincare by Kristian owned by Kristian Wishom seemed at first to be a decent establishment to get your facial needs done. I had 2 facials with her on 7/13 which I paid a $35 deposit fee on 7/9 and was charged $130 for a regular facial which was fine and good with me. 2 weeks later I asked what's our next step as I was moving to another state. So she said we should have another facial and order my new skincare routine. She kept rescheduling which is fine with me even if it was a red flag for unprofessionalism and no sense of commitment. We finally had a schedule on 7/27 which went ok like the first one. Then after which, she said that I need a new skin care routine which she said so many products for that she needs to order online and over all, had me pay $344 ($144 for the facial, 200 for the skincare routine) I kept sending communications with her as to when I can have my orders worth $200 and she kept giving me several excuses, no reply, promises. Overall these are the dates, I tried patiently to ask where the said items are: Aug 2, 4, 5 , 6, 12, 13, 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 27, 29, 30, 31, Sept 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. I finally received my items on 9/15 which are to my disappointment only 5 items and well not worth $200 at all when you look them up online. The worst part is, she sent me unsealed, open and used items. I know that $200 is such a small amount but if she was negligent and unprofessional with me, how many more clients did she do this to? She is a pathological liar and can not be trusted. Please take your business somewhere else. read more
