I have been going to Ally for a about a year now. She is great and I don't want to go to anywhere else. The environment is great, clean and welcoming. I usually get a deep tissue massage and the amount of pressure she uses is perfect. I have chronic back pain and when I leave my back feels a lot better. In my experience today I was charged more than $75 over the price on their website for services. I walked back to show them the error that I was sure was made in earnest. Unfortunately, I spent the next hour arguing and asking to be charged the advertised price, even after they acknowledged that the advertised price on their website was incorrect. The owner herself refused to refund me until I stated I wasn't comfortable leaving until charged the right price. After three phone calls they finally agreed to charge me the right price. I am saddened that I won't be going here any more. I can't endorse a business that doesn't treat their customers with respect or run their business with integrity. read more

I spoke with the owner on the phone less than a week after my initial visit & she was very kind & understanding about how I felt after I left. She reassured me that that's not usually how visits are handled & that she spoke with Kylie & she sincerely wasn't aware of what happened with my skin or she would have said something. I did decide to go back & see Marina this time & she did a great job with my brows & lip wax. She paid great attention to detail & not to mention she was such a pleasure to talk to. I always get great service at Skin Spa. I've been coming here for several years and love every treatment I get. This time I had the new Hydra Facial. I have sensitive skin and the exfoliation didn't bother me at all. It was the perfect amount. My skin looked so clean and fresh afterward and I even got to see what came out of my pores. Marina is amazing. She explains everything beforehand and really takes her time and care. This has been one of my favorite facials due to the quick results. They were noticeable right away. I booked a 60-minute relaxation massage with Rose, and it was AMAZING!!!! As a result of having foot surgery and not being able to walk for the past 6 weeks, I had some areas that were very achey and needed attention. There were other spots, however, that were still extremely tender and needed a gentler touch. Rose applied just the right amount of pressure everywhere and was extremely careful when working around my broken foot. She really listened to me and tailored my massage to fit my requests. I also have chronic migraines and have seen many massage therapists over the years. However, Rose is the best therapist I have seen, hands down! I don't get massages often but if I do, I get it from the best. So I booked a massage from 2018s best massage therapist of the Inland Empire, Michelle. She might be a tiny lady but she can give a real deep massage! She really worked on my knots and found knots I didn't even know I had! I felt like a new person after. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She used hot rocks on me and I just melted. There was also aromatherapy and cute little fountains. It was super relaxing!
