Tried my first chemical peel here and was very happy with the experience. The owner just moved into the building so things were a bit unorganized. There was no facial built into the chemical peel which was a bit disappointing, but I'm not sure if that's the norm or not. I'm not sure if this was a one-time fluke that was simply a consequence of my less-than-superb luck, but either way I am pretty disappointed. After reading the excellent reviews, and seeing the great prices for their services as well as a perfect location, I was eager to stop by for a wax. I called ahead a few times to try and set up an appointment only to hear the phone ring and ring and go to voicemail. I didn't think much of this figuring they must be with a client, so I stopped in. But, the door was locked. Even the hairstylist of the salon sharing their space was bewildered where the technicians were, as it was well past their open business hour, with no explanation why they were closed. So, I went to Nouvelle and this spa lost my business. Not a very good first impression to say the least, and not sure I will return to give them a second chance seeing as Nouvelle offers the same rates and is much more reliable. read more

There is not enough amazing things to say about Michelle!! She genuinely cares for your skin. Her passion is skin care and she does a ton of continuing education and research to make sure what she is doing is the right thing for your skin! She is open minded she listens and she backs up her findings with RESULTS. So many estheticians including myself ,as I am licensed, need to keep them self up to date on the ever changing industry . There is so much back and forth on what is right and what is not! Some easily get angered or frustrated defensive when you question their ways. Not Michelle she will listen to your concerns and from there her professionalism and wisdom will take over. You feel at peace and secure knowing ou are in good hands and she is not after your wallet! She's is loyal to her clients! Michelle is a BREATH of fresh air from what I came from! Thank God I found her though so if that situation from the bad led me to her I will take it!!! Seeing her for my cystic acne skin condition as I choose not to go the medical dermatology route. I tried antibiotics acutane I have tried it! everything they have ever put me on did more harm than good and now I am taking a more natural holistic approach. It requires a lot of patience but the rewards, knowing that I am healing my skin without putting pills and useless crap in my body out weighs the cons. Michelle has done wonders to my skin.
