I was told I was booked with a "KNOWLEDGABLE Level Three Stylist," but my experience did not reflect that level of professionalism or skill. I even showed a reference picture of exactly what I wanted, so there should not have been any confusion. I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services. Courtney clearly took to heart everything I'd offered as feedback in my first review, and during my microdermaplaning, lash lift, and lash tint (yes, an actual tint this time) she made sure that my services were impeccable. She gave me a big hug when I got there and was so appreciative of me coming back in. And I'm so happy with my lashes and my skin, I look ten years younger in just a couple of hours. Apparently there were some major bumps in the road with her business partner during my first services, and now she's gone and Courtney is making things right. Everyone else she touches she rushes through the work and it turns out bad too. I've gone to the husband who is much friendlier and does great work. Another thing is the pedis, for $30 all they do is trim your nails, massage and apply polish. There is no cleaning or actual pedi work done aside from filing. I've yet to find a good, consistent place in Kenosha but I keep coming back to this one as it's the only one that stays on my nails for weeks and not 2 days.
