I have been receiving Botox treatments for over 20 years and have also worked in the medical aesthetics industry for 11 years, so I'm very familiar with how a reputable practice should operate. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. I absolutely love ALC Medspa! Not only is the facility very clean and welcoming, the people who work here are fantastic! I recently had injections with Tristah and she did an incredible job! She can attest to the fact that I was incredibly nervous, however she really helped me stay calm, answered all of my questions, and in the end I realized the fear was more in my head or she really is just that good because it did not hurt at all! I love Advanced Laser Clinic & Medspa! I have been going to this medspa since 2008, and couldn't be happier. The services I frequently get: Laser Hair Removal. I have also gotten a facial from Jorge there, and absolutely loved how my skin felt and looked the day after. It felt clean, fresh, rejuvenated. Overall, very happy with their services, their staff is also incredibly friendly & helpful. They just moved to a bigger location, which I love! First time in since Lora left. She was amazing and very welcoming never any issues. Today's visit was welcomed by news that I am only allowed to come in once a year from now on and If decided to come in for more treatments it would cost me $125?!?! Per visit. I paid 3k for the treatment and would regularly come in every 3-4 months. I would happily recommend this place to people looking for laser treatment unfortunately that would no longer happen. You're not going to have any issue finding parking, you're going to be welcomed in to a warm and relaxed environment, and you're going to blown a way by the incredible staff and the services they provide. I've been going to Advanced Laser Clinic for over a year now and it's been a wonderful experience. I purchased laser treatments for 3 areas and I've seen great results. Every time I go in to get a treatment, the staff are always professional and explain what's going on. They send text reminders or call so you don't forget an appointment. My skin is prepped with an ice pack before a treatment and they use aloe or lavender after to soothe the skin. I have been coming to medspa for many years. I started when I was around 48 years old and had never really used anything on my face other than store products. I did not know anything about face treatments other that facials. I had a lot to learn. I always thought that plastic surgery is what you do to look better as you age, but that is false. You can look young and pretty using products and having treatments like IPL's, skin needling or botox, there is a lot to choose from depending on what you need, go for a consultation.. It all looks so natural nobody can tell. This is not a place just for girls, I see many guys getting chest or head hair removal. I see tham also getting face treatments too, they look very handsome. The concept at this place is very conservative, If you want to go aggressive (like you want huge Angelina Jolie lips) you will not get it here. They strive for a very natural look. When you first start to get serious about your face and slowing the aging process, it takes time. It does not happen overnight. Have patience, it will give you time to save up money for your next treatment. Look for the monthly specials and plan your treatments. One day you will hear the words from another person saying "Wow your face looks great". When you tell people your age, they always comment that you look so much younger. When you look in the mirror you will feel happy. read more

I did 5 cycles of coolsculpting in August and with my last follow up pictures in January I expressed to staff that I was not happy with the results. They did not care about my opinion, would not listen to me or offer anything to help me resolve this. I spent thousands of dollars on this procedure and AGAIN was not satisfied.
