Had the best facial experience with Jaime. Her at-home studio was so warm and inviting. The heated bed was amazing, but it was her dog Tilda, who slept on my tummy, that made the whole experience so comfortable. Jaime asked me if I wanted Tilda to leave the room, but I love dogs and was very happy to have her near me. Before the facial, Jaime and I talked about my skin goals while I sipped on tea she provided. During the facial, she talked through everything and I appreciated the transparency. She sent me home with products to try! The day after, she checked in on how my skin was feeling and looking, which made me happy! I moved to Chicago in 2014 and met Jamie when she was still at a salon. I get facials and brow waxing monthly (religiously!), so I'm pretty picky about product, technique, and consistency. During my first appointment, Jamie took the time to uncover the quirks of my skin -it doesn't like most waxing products and certain types of enzymes - and at each subsequent appointment, Jamie builds on the results. In fact, I was recently at a meeting with a number of plastic surgeons who couldn't believe my age (53), because of how my skin looks. One actually grabbed a light to look for surgical scars! I lived most of my life in FL in the sun, so that is saying something. From a personal perspective, Jamie is the best. She is the absolute best for waxing and facials, and always has the newest and most effective treatments whether it's skin or body treatments you are looking for.
