I learned so much about my skin and where it's been up until this point. She helped me clearly understand what could be addressed and, more importantly, that real results are achievable! Next, I was taken to Reem for my service, and it was such an incredible experience. It felt amazing to receive a treatment that was so focused on my specific concerns, yet still deeply relaxing--I almost fell asleep! Reem is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you reach your skincare goals. Afterward, Reem brought me back to Nicole, who took the time to walk through my overall skincare plan. What stood out most was how much she truly wanted to help me get results in a way that felt realistic and not overwhelming financially, plus totally custom to ME! That level of care and honesty is so refreshing. At checkout, Stefanía and Emily were both so kind and attentive. I had a very disappointing experience with Skin Total Med Spa. From the start, I felt misled, as the information I was given was not accurate. The staff are not professional and do not listen to customer concerns. Once you commit to their services, their attitude changes and it becomes very difficult to get proper support. The services are also overpriced for what you receive, and overall it felt like a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this place. read more

And I could have been a regular had I felt it was worth it. My treatment lasted maybe 30 min. And then was followed by a 15 min pitch to sign up for a treatment subscription, the lowest of which cost $700 (though of course there was a discount for signing up that day) - I passed and went on my way. read more

I was shown a device used on my skin priced around $11,000 and told it was FDA-cleared (photos attached). I politely declined since I use medical-grade tretinoin and wanted to see how my skin reacted first before scheduling an appointment, but the upselling felt persistent disregarding what I said. Being quoted around $700 for two facials also felt excessive for the scope of the treatment. Overall: Beautiful spa and a great facial I loved my esthetician. Just know the pricing and upselling may not be for everyone, especially if you're already know about skincare and devices. This review is for the San Juan Capistrano location. Terrible experience! Would give minus stars if I could. Came in for $59 facial told facialist I had sensitive skin. My face looked good after and I was hard sold on a series of 4 for $819 which I've never used as shortly after the first appt my skin couldn't even tolerate my previous routine. Everthing burned. I stopped using anything but mildest moisturizer and sun block but it got so bad I finally went to Urgent Care! I was told I had dermatitis that became cellulitis and I needed antibiotics plus steroid cream. It seems that certain cleansers and exfoliation can disturb the skin barrier especially in older skin. Then had appt with dermatologist who prescribed more creams, one costing $76! I still cannot wear make up almost two months later. I have sent pics of my face and neck damage, papers and prescriptions from Urgent Care and Dermatologist to Skin Totale. I only had one call from a sales person who had not seen emails or photos and had no medical background! I asked to have a medical person call me back. Never heard from them. I'm trying to get the $819 refunded for the unused facials because I certainly can't have those products or therapies used on my compromised skin again. Dr Spencer Walser is the "Medical Director" and in a profile states he "treats patients like family". Far from it... read more

Went back to seek a refund for unused products and services. I was kept waiting 45 minutes while being passed from one feckless associate to another. Being told they don't do refunds. Although none of them had any authority to act anyway. I was told to be patient. I decided to leave once I was told I would receive a call from management within 3 hours. That was 2 days ago...still being patient!?! PS; No refund but they took the products back!!! read more
