I went for my first buccal massage here recently and I was very impressed! Tania was extremely knowledgeable which really put me at ease. The whole treatment was very enjoyable and included a neck and shoulder massage which I learned is imperative for buccal to actually work, as well as the lymphatic drainage massage techniques. I did express beforehand wanting to work on my jawline and she really listened and customized the treatment for my personal wants. I honestly wasn't expecting to see much difference just from one treatment, but I actually did! My neck and jawline were definitely more defined after and overall face more sculpted! Even my 14 year old daughter said it looked better when I got home lol! The ads for buccal facial massages from PUR Esthetics kept popping up on my IG over and over, and then I finally took it as a sign to go for it and make an appt. with Tania. Making the appt. was extremely easy on their site. I appreciated the text the day of letting me know how to find the location, and Tania's instructions were clear and did make it easy to find her. Her spa is very quaint, and definitely gives you a feeling of relaxation. From the videos I had seen on IG I kind of knew what to expect, but still was wondering what this facial massage would feel like, as they do work from the inside of your cheeks and around the face. Tania welcomed me, asked me if I had any questions or concerns, and after our initial conversation she had me prepare myself on the massage table, which was extremely comfortable. Once I was ready, she explained what she would be doing, and throughout the massage she did small check-ins with me, and would let me know what would be coming next. Although if I may be honest, I was so relaxed and verging on sleepy, which is always a great feeling during a massage, that I could hear Tania speaking, but wasn't really listening. :-D After the massage I told her that my face felt great and my body felt so much lighter. Love coming here! For the price point and the service, It's definitely my go-to place for lash lifts and brow laminations. Tania is really professional and keeps her space clean and relaxing. Her space inside of Sola Salons is a little hard to find and her space is a little hard to find but Tania was super helpful and guided me to the right place. It's also quite small, and there are other businesses inside the salon, so it can get a little loud, but like I said, Tania tries to create a relaxing environment and keeps her space as private as possible. The first time I got a brow lamination and lash lift, Tania asked to take a video for her social media, which I was perfectly happy with. But then she asked if she could put concealer under my eyebrows to cover up the redness from the wax. I was about to say yes until I remembered that you aren't supposed to wet your eye area after getting a lash lift or brow lamination. If she were to put concealer on me, I'd either have to wait until the next day to take it off, or use makeup remover, and I definitely didn't to do either. This sat uneasy with me considering she should've known this... Regardless, my lashes and brows always end up looking great with her and I will definitely be coming back:) read more
