I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. Just Brittney the owner works there. It was so relaxing that when I tired to get off the table I had a hard time b/c I was so relaxed from my 90 min facial. I'm having breakouts after breakouts and acne leaving marks behind in all the worst possible ways. I never had acne concern ever in my life. I thought it will get better in 2 to 3 weeks but it's been over a month now. Julianna never reached out to me post hydrafacial about my experience at the first place. This is a very basic etiquette of running a business. I reached out to her recently about my concern. She then mentioned for the first time that skin purging typically happens with hydrafacial when using homecare routine but this never happened to any other client so I never mentioned to you earlier. It was complete lack of knowledge sharing from her side. She was very furious about me complaining about my skin. I had all the rights of knowing complete plus and minus effects of an hydrafacial when I specifically mentioned to her that I have very sensitive skin after my pregnancy. She never ever mentioned this purging effect of hydrafacial to me before. It's your job to mention all the side effects from your side. This is very disappointing and completely non professional. On complaining she mentioned a representative from hydrafacial would reach you out. This is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. Not taking accountability of your own business. Non professionalism at it's peak. I will reach out to all platforms and places with my experience so that no one goes through this like me. Even there is slight chance of it. I assumed this meant there wasn't an expiration...... Wrong!!! I messaged to ask a question about something else and was told that my $200 gift card was expiring in one month so I was forced to use it quickly. I will never go back to this place again due to this policy. I don't understand why they care if or when I use the gift card since they already have payment.
