She did ask some questions about my skincare and skin concerns, but some of the responses to my answers made me feel a bit embarrassed and self-conscious about my skin rather than supported or educated. As someone new to facials, I was hoping for more guidance and encouragement rather than feeling like my skin was being judged. When it came to the extractions, some of them felt quite forceful and were pretty painful. The pressure used felt a bit aggressive at times, and the way the towels were used on my face also felt a little rough rather than soft and soothing. Because of that, I didn't necessarily enjoy the process as much as I had hoped. That said, I do love how my skin feels a few days afterward--my skin definitely looks and feels refreshed. I just wish the experience itself had been gentler, more communicative, and a bit more reassuring for a first-time facial.

Why not offer a price list for a shorter massage? Why be so ugly? Please don't waste your time or money on this business, they don't care. Unprofessional and petty. It was not a good vibe. Cassie snapped at someone else in the office about the AC and how it was only cool in one spot and she couldn't enjoy it between customers. It made me feel like I was the problem today.

Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. This is a very basic etiquette of running a business. I reached out to her recently about my concern. It was complete lack of knowledge sharing from her side. She was very furious about me complaining about my skin. I had all the rights of knowing complete plus and minus effects of an hydrafacial when I specifically mentioned to her that I have very sensitive skin after my pregnancy. She never ever mentioned this purging effect of hydrafacial to me before. It's your job to mention all the side effects from your side. This is very disappointing and completely non professional.
