This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

My experience here was mediocre, at best. We found this spa after contacting many others in the…read morearea. We had a few requirements for our reservation. We wanted to have two female masseuses, a couple's suite wherein we could both receive our treatments together in the same room, and we wouldn't have to sell a kidney to afford it. My husband and I have had many massages over the years ranging from very high-end luxury experiences to very sketchy and scary ones. This was definitely a safe and professional experience, but there was no wow factor. We called the day before and were able to book a couple's massage in the same room with two female massage therapists. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and taken to a relaxation room. Shortly thereafter, we were taken to a small changing room with lockers. The floor in this room was disgusting. There were a ton of long strands of hair all over the floor as well as dust and dirt gathering in the corners and along the edges of the walls. I stood on my shoes until I was able to put on the slippers that they provided. The robes have seen better days as well. I get that they reuse them and wash them and that causes wear and tear, but at some point, you just have to let them go and replace them. We were told to go back to the relaxation room once we were changed and that became awkward after they seated some other patrons in that room with us, fully dressed. I think there should be two separate areas. One area for those who have undressed and are only in robes, and another area for people who are receiving treatments for which you do not need to disrobe, such as a manicure. My husband and I both felt a bit awkward. Sending us directly to the massage suite would've been better. The woman who gave me my massage asked about areas that I would like to have her focus on, and about the amount of pressure that I preferred and then threw that information right out of the window. I asked twice for the pressure to be adjusted, just for it to remain the same. None of my problem areas were focused on. The whole interaction felt like a waste of time. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and you do get access to the hotel's pool and sauna area with your treatment, but we were leaving town that day and didn't have time to take advantage of those amenities. The pool looked nice and was surprisingly empty in comparison to the pool at our hotel, which was always busy. I would also like to mention that there was a strange amount of security in this hotel lobby. It made me wonder if there was some sort of famous guest staying there, but then I remembered that it was the Doubletree! I still don't understand why there was so much security on staff.

My very favorite spa ever. I am from Montreal and basically…read moredrive up here for the weekend once in a while, mainly to visit this spa. Not super fancy, but very clean and quiet. I love Aveda products. Love, love Gail for massages. I prefer a lot of pressure and she always gets it right. Not chatty either which I like while getting a massage. Erin is great for other treatments! My boyfriend likes Mara and will only see her. I did an hour long massage, a facial, and a manicure/pedicure this weekend and really enjoyed it all. Nice waiting room with complimentary bottled water and Tevana teas. Really wish I could find a spa I like that much closer to home...
