I absolutely love Skincare Maui! Before moving to California, I used to see Juvy regularly, mostly for brows and Brazillians. She always did a great job - very professional and always made me feel very comfortable. The first time I had my brows done with her, she took her time with them and corrected them so that they were shaped and matched to perfection. I've gotten a ton of brow compliments since! I've also gotten massage/facial services done with Juvy, and I always left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I also use some of the professional skincare products that Juvy carries. The cleansers I personally love are Rhonda Allison Citrus Gel Cleanser and Osmosis Purify. I also use Osmosis Calm serum and Osmosis Facial Conditioner. Because these scientifically/medically driven products are free from harsh chemicals, they are great for my sensitive skin! I'm new to maui and I found Juvy through yelp and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came to get threading from her and I love how she wants to keep brows natural. Simply awesome guys. Been using Juvy for a while. Juvy is awesome at threading for guys. She'll clean you up based on your face frame, leaving your face still looking masculine. If you have sensitive skin and can't wax threading is the way to go. Much faster than plucking and less skin irritation than waxing. For me, it hurts less then the rest. I've gotten my eyebrows done here in the city, but most of the times, service is rushed and just okay. I was excited to visit Juvy because one of her clients highly recommended her to me. I went in just to get my eyebrows threaded but I got much more out of it. First of all, the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Juvy did a great job on my brows and also showed me how to take care of them. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I do like to look polished. Juvy gave me a tutorial on my brows, and showed me how to really enhance my brows while keeping a very natural look. I left the appointment looking and feeling great - I practically had a makeover! While Juvy was working on my brows, I also asked for some makeup tips. She was more than happy to go through her recommendations not only on different makeup products that I asked about, but also how to apply it. She didn't rush me out and was more than happy to answer all of my questions (I had a lot!). The most amazing thing to me was when I asked her about acne treatments. She literally looked at my face for 30 seconds, and was able to describe exactly what type of breakouts I get without any hints from me.
