They made it more difficult than a gym membership to cancel. I wanted to share with others: USE your credits otherwise they're gone once you terminate contract. I was a couple of days out of my canceled contract and lost that previous months unused credit. The company's main focus is to gain memberships and require you stay there for so many months without the option of canceling when you want. Therapy staff was nice.
