Huge fan! Full disclosure, I use to buy Groupons to get my Dysport and botox done. This is bad because you buy a curtain amount and they just inject all of it even when you don't need it. I guess this is also good if you do need all of units. However, they may not inject in the correct areas. Plus most of the time, they aren't registered nurses or doctors. Huge mistake, on my part...1 eyebrow would be higher than the other so I stayed looking curious for weeks! I was referred here by a friend after she had a valid point that stuck, don't let anyone f*ck up your face. Lol so wise. I had an appointment with Audrey for Botox and she did an incredible job. I wanted natural and subtle to where no one could tell and still brag that Asians don't raisin. Mission accomplished! Appears small, but once you pass the waiting room, it's a a pretty lengthy building AND clean. They occasionally run specials which I highly suggest to buy b/c Botox will be increasing by almost 21% in 2022. #fact. I love these guys! I have had several procedures with the doctor, as well as other members of his staff. Dr. Riehs is THE BEST IN DFW for under eye tear troughs and filler. No doubt. He is amazingly gentle and incredibly artistic with filler. He has also strategically placed filler, where I am showing other signs of aging, and it always looks great. No one knows, it is so natural. I am also in the middle of Fraxel treatments with IPL. I can't wait for the final results. This place is pure disappointment. I made an appointment for Botox in May. The night before my appointment my 8 year old got really sick and my husband felt awful too so I couldn't leave my daughter home with a sick parent and her sisters. I called them and apologized profusely and was told this one time I wouldn't be charged the $50 no charge fee. I thanked them and rescheduled. My new appointment was in early June. Stupid me did not change the appointment on my phone to remind me and I honestly just forgot and didn't show. Guess what? They charged me $50. Last week I called to make an appointment and was told that I'm not welcomed there anymore based on my horrific past issues. Are they kidding? They must be perfect in every way to cast such nasty stones. I would never recommend such a business that not only treats people like garbage at a time like this, but charged them and then says sorry you're not worthy. read more

I love Le Beau Visage! The staff is exceptional and most importantly I love Dr. Rhiess. He CARES about his clients and will take the time to really understand your concerns and wants. The biggest detail for me is the fact that the doctor performs all of the procedures himself - no staff trained by the doctor, no one other than the doctor will ever inject. This was important to me when it comes to needles and my face. My only concern? It is a little pricey. But i do not mind paying a little extra when I know that if I ever have a concern or problem, there is never an issue that will go unresolved. I will always leave satisfied. read more

One star is actually more than I care to give this poor excuse for a spa. No regard for clients' time, bad communication. Had an appointment set up for 3 o'clock, was told to come a little earlier to fill out paperwork and do consultation. I did as I was told. I arrived at 2:45 only to yank on alocked door. I thought maybe I was at the wrong place or came to the rwrong door, then I noticed what the receptionist failed to mention... THEY ARE CLOSED daily from 2PM-3PM. WHY then would you tell me to come earlier for a 3 o'clock knowing damn well you'll be closed. So I sit out in the car for 15 minutes? No thanks! During this time I had time to scour other reviews of the spa and I was horrified. I thought that was it..it gets better. Once inside I just got a bad vibe and it kept getting more intense, so I walked out. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, and explain my issue with disregard for time as I was already behind schedule, just starting to fill out paperwork when I should be well in my appointment. She says oh no, your consultation is till 4, your microdermabrasion is from 4-5. WHAT? Would've been great if that was mentioned before I made plans for 4:30. Amazing! Also, when setting up an appointment, they ask for your credit card number just in case. DO NOT GIVE IT OUT! They will pop you $50 for no show or late cancellation or if you walk out. This was a free microdermabrasion that was a gift, and I walked away. I think that says something! Whatever it's worth, you've been warned. read more

I paid for a package of Microdermabrasion in advance so as to get a discounted rate. I explained to them that I only live in Texas 3 months out of the year and I would pay in advance if they would honor and let me have the microdermabrasion s when I was in town. OH sure, not a problem. When I was home for the 3 months I couldn't get in but a few times to use them because they have so many appointments I couldn't even book. I was also stood up on an appointment when I did get in because someone was ill and they didn't have anyone else to handle the appointment. So that went on and then I get a weird email from the office manager telling me that my package of microdermabrasion's and photo facials (where I left bleeding) would not be honored any longer because they had gone up on the price...Can you believe it I paid in advance in full, can't get in and when I do there is no one to do the appointment and they email me and tell me my package is null and void. I called several time and wrote several emails just to be avoided by the office manager and never making a connection. Dr Rhein's seemed ok but as far as his botox and fillers they lasted only a few weeks 6 maybe 8. I went back to my original Clinic I has used for years before trying Le Beau." Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery in North Dallas", Dr. Bassichis, he was happy to see me after being gone for a year and a half. Dr. Bassichis takes the time to listen to you, they return calls and most of all they don't take your money if you pay in advance they are honorable with the best aestheticians ever. So happy I found this medical spa!!! It was my first time getting Botox (I'm turning 30!!) so I was nervous. The girl booking my appointment on the phone when I called answered all of my questions and put my mind to ease. When I got there for my appointment, I didn't have to wait long at all before I was called back. I spoke with Dr. Riehs & his assistant about my concerns, my budget, the areas that bothered me the most. I felt very comfortable and they explained the entire process to me and helped me select they type that what would be best for me. Since, this appointment I did the 50% off laser hair removal that I pre-purchased. I'm on my 2nd treatment & I barely have any hair although it comes with 6 treatments. I also signed up for the monthly membership for $60 microdermabrasion. I've never had a problem with booking a appointment, (they normally book you after your appointment, and text & email me reminders), wait times, or receiving services I've paid for. So when I saw these other reviews, I was in dis-belief. Looks like they are trying to promote another doctor which is sad. I just did the Bootox!!! It was fun, & I love the specials that Le Beau offers every month. My skin is looking great with the skin medica, and Im addicted to the Botox! This place is very professional so please try it for yourself before you judge based on the previous reviews, I'm glad I didn't see these reviews before I came to Dr.Riehs, he is an awesome doctor & knows his stuff!!!! read more

Contrary to other less than stellar reviews, I've always had FANTASTIC service with both Dr. Riehs and his entire staff. They take time during your initial consultation to assess your needs and desired results. During an actual procedure they are very specific with making sure you understand any procedure and address any questions or concerns prior to Dr Riehs coming in. He is the gentlest kindest person. I've had sclerotherapy (leg veins) done by Dr Riehs and it was practically a painless procedure. He is very gentle. I've also had dysport, Botox, and been a member of their microdermabrasion monthly membership and never had an issue. They do sell a wonderful line of skin care products SkinMedica is awesome. The only line that has ever shown a difference in my skin. They are more than happy to take the time to answer any questions about the products and even suggest a skin care regimen of products to suit your needs. Having said that, they do NOT high pressure sell you into buying any of it. Ive tried many very good medspas and always come back to Le Beau and to Dr. Riehs. He's the best! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Riehs and his staff for years. The experiences keep getting better. His office is beautiful and comfortable, and his staff is so warm, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Riehs is thorough, kind, honest, and precise. He is, without a doubt, the best around. I've had "pencil lips"my entire life and since he's known as the best lip doctor around, I naturally went to him! He sat down with me and we talked it over. I got them done and couldn't be happier!! They're beautiful and so natural looking! I recently decided to try Botox because I've noticed my eyelids were starting to droop over my eyes. I just want to tell everyone who reads this. I have been going to see Dr. Riehs for many years now. Not only is he very handsome, kind, big hearted, everything good. He has an anesthetic eye for how you should look. He never makes you look "overdone", like people you see walking around. He will tell you exactly what and how much you need, like the fillers, Botox, or whatever you need to make you look beautiful, yet natural looking. He has so many great products as far as skincare, fillers, all the state-of-the art in the new and latest technology. From tightening your skin, removing fat, etc. without ever having to go under the proverbial knife. I just can't say enough about him. His staff is also very gracious, kind and giving. Everyone there is just great, wonderful people. If you've ever had anything done before and you've hated the way you looked, or if you've never had anything done, but you want a little improvement to take a few years off of your face and/or body, you must go see Dr. Riehs. I've been going to Le Beau Visage for about 8 years now. I won't let anyone else near my face besides the LBV staff! I started out with Dr Riehs doing my botox when I was about 27 (it's preventative people!) and now, at 35, there's not a wrinkle on my face. Now I also get fillers and love them. I signed up for the monthly microdermabrasion program and it makes such a huge difference when applying makeup. I do quarterly chemical peels (my favorite) and photo facials. I also use the entire Skin Medica product line. Make the splurge for the TNS Serum. It's liquid gold and worth every penny. I bought the laser hair removal packages during one of the Expo events and can't believe how amazing the results are. The entire staff is wonderful. The front desk staff is always so helpful and accommodating. I see Jennifer for all my skin services and she is so great and thorough at her job. Dr Rieh's medical assistant's Jordan and Deidre are always so welcoming and of course, Dr Riehs is an artist with injectables. I never question him and trust him completely. This was my first cosmetic procedure and, as I'm rather poor, had done my research on both the product and procedure I wanted.: Restylane and a high grade chemical peel. I came to the Spa initially on a groupon type deal to just "check them out". The facility is very nice, modern, and comfortable. I returned during the Holiday Expo to take advantage of special pricing. Even with a line out the door to get in Dr. Riehs spoke to me personally. I booked the procedure and have, so far, had 2 extremely successful procedures. The Restylane fillers took years off of my looks. I feel strongly that Dr. Reihs is at the top of his field in this procedure. His staff were caring, considerate and professional. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Riehs and his staff. I was a member of the Microdermabrasion club and was satisfied with my treatments, so I purchased a series of laser hair removal treatments for my daughter. She was to get six treatments for the sideburn area of her face. After the first three appointments she was very excited about her results. Her fourth treatment she had a different tech (which was not unusual for his office) who burnt the devil out of my daughter's face on both sides. We immediately went to talk with Dr. Rhiess about her condition and what we could do to prevent scaring. He was very unconcerned and told us that she had superficial wounds and they would get better over time, but assured us that his tech did nothing wrong with her settings or application and if he were doing it himself his settings and application would have been the same. He would not give us our money back or consider giving our money back for the two treatments we were due. Returning for two more treatments was out of the question. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! read more

I have been getting Botox injections 3-4 times a year for for 16 years, with much success. My Botox dr passed away and I needed a new dr. I was referred by a friend to Dr Rheis. He was very nice and he has a strong suggestive sales team working under him. I told him I just needed a touch up as I had had Botox about a month or so prior. No problem. The maximum units I had ever had in my life was 45 and that was full forehead, eyes, nose, and a touch around lips. He used one syringe, made a couple injections barely into my skin and only on my forehead and charged me for 38 units, 570.00. I thought that seemed like a lot but I brushed it off, just paid the 15.00 per unit and left. Three months later and with the most movement I've ever had in my face, I thought I'd give him one more time and see how it went. I had him do exactly what my other dr did. I also took note of the 50 unit vial sitting on the table. I was a nurse in years gone by, so I know the drill. He injected my face and went on his way. When I walked out the exam room I realized he hadn't done in between my brows, so asked if he could finish that really quick, sure, no problem. Walked right back into my same room, hadn't been cleaned, nothing removed yet, and the same vial still sitting there. He drew up the rest and injected it between my brows, eyes, etc. When I went to pay she said I owed 840.00. What? I've never paid that much and am very consistent with my injection appointments. Well how many units did he give me I asked, she said 56. Really? That's odd, there are only 50 units in a vial and he didn't open another one. How could that be? Oh well someone must have changed them out, nope, I was right there the whole time, well we're training, maybe they mixed it up, nope, saw no one. She knew I was thinking something was up. The whole thing just seemed fishy. Paid and left with a bad taste in my mouth and got a phone call not 5 minutes later from her trying to explain how it could of happened. Just confirmed the way I was feeling about it not being right even more. Me thinks though does protest too much. If they are charging everyone an extra 5-10 units, that's a lot of extra fluff for the dr and loss for the patients. To confirm my thoughts even more, my husband, who they know is my spouse, and who is way wrinkled more than me, went in a couple weeks after all this happened and was given only 54 units, 810.00 worth, less than my supposed 56 units. More confirmation. This is a nice and friendly staff, but something is up... On top of all this, his Botox does not hold worth a flip. It should last more than 6 weeks. Please buyer beware, you deserve to get what you think and they say you are getting...and pay for only what you are actually getting. That's the way good business should be done. My trust in him is gone and I don't trust he's doing what he says he is, and not only is that a type of theft, that's a disappointing shame, as I would have been an easy long term client. Let me be clear that I never take the time to write a review, but this was very disheartening. read more
