I said I respect her time and I can come in anytime later in the day or anytime the next morning. I was still charged a fee for the cancellation -- even though it was her suggestion. I had been looking forward to using their services, but now I don't feel comfortable booking here again. I wish the customer service matched the hype, because I was genuinely excited to support them. She will not make it in this industry with her rudeness and lack of respect for customers.

In return I would like a machine that works. I use the Versaspa when it actually works. The location only has 1 Versaspa at that site. It works a couple weeks than goes out. This has been going on for 5 plus years. Palm Beach does not invest the money needed to fix or purchase a new one. I was told recently it was due to the previous manager. That is not true. I stopped in today 7/9/25 and once again the Versaspa doesn't work. I don't think the cause of the ongoing equipment issues is because the high turnover or bad equipment. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC!
