They also included a head massage, arm stretches, and an upper lip wax. For my deep tissue massage, my masseuse (I wish I knew her name) was very attentive. Before she began, she asked if I wanted medium pressure or hard pressure. Given it was my first massage I selected medium to start. I have a lot of tension held in my back, due to working on my feet in healthcare, and she really helped relieve years of tension I've gotten used to living with. I never knew my back could be this relaxed! Lol During the whole experience she made sure to check-in and confirm how I was and if anything was painful. Which I appreciated. Her massage was very thorough and the stretches were so satisfying. After our services we ended our appointments with a few minutes in the sauna which was the cherry on top.
