It's already an absolutely ridiculous scam: you pay like $50 to play games that earn your kids like $5 of stupid cheap plastic prizes. But that's an established practice: we all know the drill. Where it really went south quickly is when the girl behind the counter gave my kid a cheap little parachute toy, I opened it for him at the counter, and it was clearly broken. Then I casually said "can you replace this since it's broken?" And the girl told me she needed to get approval. I thought she was joking. We're talking about replacing a 5 cent crappy toy that we heard just earned with like $10 worth of credits. But no, she said she wasn't allowed to do anything about it until she got approval. So we sat there and waited for like 5 minutes for her supervisor to have a free minute to tell her she was allowed to replace a cheap little plastic toy that was broken when it was handed to us. Just to be clear, I don't blame the kids operating this place. This is clearly a management issue. All the kids working there are scared to do anything wrong. But sadly, penny-pinching isn't going to make this place successful.

Our one-hour booking ended up being rushed, with only about 40 minutes in the party room since we were brought in late. We were asked to pay in full right away, but then the hosts disappeared for most of the time. We even had to light our own candles, which we were told we couldn't do, and when the hosts returned, they were unprofessional and called it out in front of the kids. It really took away from the celebration. For the price, I expected much better communication and support. Sadly, I wouldn't book this again.

We wanted to do archery tag and he told us we were supposed to watch a safety video but then he said he had no video for us to watch...and sent my boys in with no idea what they were doing. We also tried r c cars which was more fun but the worker was yelling at my kids the whole time threatening to take them out of the game for their cars flipping over, but spent zero time explaining to them the rules or how to even work the cars. The place was dirty, no music to make it less awkward, half of the things in there looked broken or trash. Whoever owns this place needs to take a month to revamp the area, train their employees and make it a place people would want to spend their money.

When there are delays, the employees don't inform you of the wait time, apologize for the wait, or offer any solutions. Poor seating, everything is sticky, dirty, and stained. Here's how it went down: my son nailed the Bonus Drop X-Treme game, dropped the ball directly into the bonus hole. Three adults watched it. Zero points showed up. Simple fix, right? Tell an employee, they make it right. Wrong! First up: Philip (employee) asks Cash (manager #1). Cash says the points will "take time to add." Spoiler: they didn't. Philip assures us if they still don't show up, he'll add them manually. Fair enough. We return later. Points still missing. Philip checks with Brooke (manager #2). Brooke shuts it down instantly. She flat out calls us liars because she didn't personally witness it. Then she gaslights me with the laughable claim that their games can't malfunction which is rich, since another game had literally just malfunctioned and needed a restart. Brooke, we're talking about 472 points. That's what: three tootsie rolls and a bouncy ball? Is that really worth accusing paying customers of dishonesty? The kicker? My son, being awesome, plays again. Nails the bonus again. This time the game coughs up the points. He even filmed it. Imagine being proven wrong by a kid with an iPhone. We've spent more time and money here than any other entertainment venue in the valley. But after being told our word means nothing and treated like scammers over pocket change level prizes, this is our last visit. The Fun Park might have games, but the real show is management's ability to turn loyal customers into ex-customers.

So it felt like a really intimate private event and we were able to play our music like we wanted to, and then toward the end of our party we had to share the space a little bit. But with the party package the hostess secured we received unlimited drinks from the fountain machine, pizza, and salad. They provided all of the dishes and cleaned up. The birthday child also received a giant card available to be signed by the guests. I don't know if this was just something that our hostess secured or if it's normally an option but she was also able to get passes with a $5 (or so) arcade card for $20 a person. The pass gave us access to unlimited activities and we could reload our arcade card if we wished. Of the activities that I recall are: Laser tag (So fun for adults and kids!), bumper cars, bumper boats, mini golf, bowling, rock climbing, and racing cars (I can't remember the actual name of it). We were not there for long enough to get to do anything more than once because we wanted to experience so much, then I bet if we went back and we went in at open we would be able to enjoy a lot. There's also a food area should you want to buy food or lunch while you are there. I don't know the rules on exiting and re-entering.
