He saved me hundreds of dollars and even helped me receive credits after discovering that a previous representative had placed me on a plan that wasn't a good fit for my business structure. What impressed me most was the level of service. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely respectful of my busy schedule. He worked with me over the course of two days, both in person and over the phone, to make sure everything was handled properly rather than just rushing me out the door. This man deserves a raise! I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. She went in because her iPhone screen was completely frozen and she needed help getting it working again. Instead of taking a moment to look at the phone or try even the most basic troubleshooting, the representative she spoke with -- Steve -- brushed her off almost immediately. He told her there was nothing he could do and that she should call about her warranty to see if she could get a new phone. He didn't attempt a restart, didn't check the device, and didn't offer any real assistance. My mom left the store feeling dismissed, frustrated, and confused -- especially difficult for an elderly customer who came in specifically for help. When she got home, my brother performed a simple hard restart, and the phone worked perfectly again. This is something the store could have easily tried in seconds. It's disappointing that my elderly mother wasn't given even the most basic level of support. This store needs to improve its customer service, patience, and willingness to help -- especially when seniors come in needing guidance.

The husband does all the technical issues, making the calls and stuff, while the wife does anything else to help. They have all the up to date phones and accessories. The store itself is in the left corner of the plaza when facing it from Colima. They have a few reserved parking spots with cones so you can push the cone back and park. If you can't park there, the parking in this plaza is a little hectic if you come around lunch because of the bulgogi house but it shouldn't be too hard to find parking. They try to get you the cheapest price/best promotion they can so they really do help with our family plan. Also, I used to be one of those kids who broke their phone every couple months (3-4 times a year) and they helped with replacing it over and over and over.... over the years.
