They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. Remedy is such a sweet serene spot right in the university area that you'd kinda forget where you are because it's so peaceful while experiencing it, and that's why I can't recommend Emily and Remedy enough.

When a treatment doesn't produce the expected results, the least a client should receive is a professional evaluation and a willingness to make things right, not excuses. On top of that, the receptionist consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude. She told me they would not provide any complimentary treatments, even though I never asked for one. All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned.
