I experienced MIGRATION with my lip filler and paid $2,000 to have my face done with Botox as well which was WAY overpriced, I feel she took advantage but anyhow the first appt was actually not bad. My lips looked ok but not as full as I wanted and she told me I could choose to come back and have the rest of the syringe (already paid for mind you) done in my lips in two weeks if I wanted them fuller and I guess if you don't you just waste money and they waste product which I know isn't standard practice. We tried to schedule this second filler injection and I missed two appts admittedly and paid a fee because I knew I was at fault for that, I'm an extremely busy working mother and I just kept getting swamped. So I booked a third follow up having also noticed that one whole section of my forehead looked like it wasn't even injected with Botox at all and there was just this one corner that had not been injected with Botox so now I needed to come in for that too So I go in for my appt and I'm about 10 minutes late but called to let them know I'd just gotten off work and would be a little late but apparently this pissed Mrs.Tuggle off or something because she was not like before, nice and professional. NOPE this time she was rude and rushed me and the worst part she jabbed my lips with the needle that felt dull and shoved filler in my lips sloppily and sit was actually PAINFUL! She bruised me SO BADLY!!! She was forceful and rushed and didn't even hand me the mirror afterwards. I was literally manhandled for my filler it was disturbing. She purposely messed up my lips because I missed appts or was late idk but how crazy is that?! She didn't fix my Botox and since it was closing I thought I'd just be sure to schedule again for that or address it at my follow up. But my healing process for my lips was SO BAD I HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN WHEN I NOTICED THE FILLER WAS MIGRATING!! Mrs. Tuggle never called me back after Leaving a message requesting her call back twice. I have since canceled my upkeep Botox treatment appointment in March and don't plan to be back!! How INEXPERIENCED and UNPROFESSIONAL this place is!! As a stylist in the beauty business myself, I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! They are very friendly and what I love is that prior to any service they make sure you get a free consultation where you can get to know them and vice versa. My consultation was with the esthetician and the nurse who does Botox. I appreciated them being willing to answer all questions about their licenses and sanitation practices!! They also have their current licenses displayed in full view. The nurse, esthetician and front desk staff were all really friendly and made you feel welcome. I wasn't pressured to do anything the day of my consultation- and I made my appointment for a hydro facial the following week. They are pricey, so I decided to go for the monthly membership which brought my total down from $222 (yikes!) to $155.00. And I got 50% off first time service. The hydro facial was comfortable and I already see results with my skin- especially my forehead area that was pretty congested and now looks smooth. She was gentle but extractions always hurt so there's that. She showed me what was coming out of my pores, which I wanted to see. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them and this facial. Oh, and when I told her what products I was using + asking for recommendations, she wrote down what she would suggest AND didn't try to push products on me. She was very honest and said "use up what you have and we can start introducing the new products later". She even recommended things from Target and not just their spa. I guess if I had any recommendation it would be I wish they played "spa music", they play some pretty upbeat instrumental- and I would have loved something more "spa sounds" lol!
