Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.

She also called the next day to see how I was doing and ask if I had any questions. The bad: 1. When I called to inquire about laser hair removal I wasn't really ready to sign up. However, I was strongly urged/pressured to sign up that day as a sale was ending. So I signed up. A few days later I decided I'd made a mistake so I called to cancel. I was told I couldn't. I could switch to another service, but I couldn't cancel. So, beware. 2. I am using their payment plan. Due to me accidentally forgetting an appointment, rescheduling and rescheduling again as I was sick the second time, my first actual appointment wasn't until March. I had it in my mind that I wouldn't have to pay until after my first appointment. But no, I got a call before my first appointment from the credit company telling me my payment was late. I know I was late, but I was irritated that I was being tracked down for a late payment before any service had been rendered. Recently I missed a payment again. I know, my fault. But I noticed my error pretty quickly and I made that payment plus the next payment that wasn't yet due. I still got a call before that next payment was even due telling me I had a late payment because I hadn't paid the $35 penalty. I was in the hospital at the time and told the guy, but he still tried to pressure me to make the payment. He finally agreed that I could call when I got out of the hospital. I now have payments set up automatically so I won't be getting any more calls. Whatever you do, make sure you make your payment on time. The calls are not pleasant. I have never dealt with a credit company that was so unpleasant to deal with.

They really listen and try to work with you on what you need and are looking for. Morgan has been treating me and is awesome. She is so thorough and really gives great coverage. I find it kind of addicting to be honest and can't wait to do more! Also if you add on more later and a certain area is already paid for, that would've been part of the new area they will deduct what you have already paid. Like I did a certain place that would've been part of a Brazilian. If I choose to go ahead and do the full Brazilian they will deduct what I paid for that smaller area that would've been included anyway. They also have times of the year where they do specials and you can get 50-60% off, even if you're already a client. The best part is it's unlimited treatments until you get the results you need.
