I explained to them what was going on and that I was there on a lunch break and time was running out. I offered to leave them my credit card information as well as a copy of my drivers license so they could run it later when the issue had been resolved. I was told by the owner, Tim that my only option was to leave them my physical driver's license (which is illegal) and if I left he was going to call the police and report me for theft! Did I mention I have been a loyal customer there for over a decade?? Horrified at this horrendous treatment and under the severe duress of his threats, I paid cash and left. Not only is this horrific customer service with illegal business practices but it is even more disgusting after being a loyal customer for over a decade. No wonder there is always all new staff every time you go in there. Can't keep good employees with a misogynistic, narcissistic, arrogant, white privileged douche bag manager/owner. The employee at the front desk laughing and sneering at me the entire time was a joke and beyond disrespectful as well. I will be filing complaints through all applicable channels including the police for false imprisonment. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else! This place is definitely not worth it!!

I was warmly greeted with a warm towel and taken to the women's locker room. The room was clean and had little items to make your time enjoyable such as a hair tie and a candy in your locker! I enjoyed about 20 minutes in the waiting area with a sparkling water, Oreo and some mixed nuts before heading to my massage. My massage therapist was WONDERFUL!! I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and I wish I would have booked longer. It was sooooo relaxing! The table was heated, so that felt nice! I am 240lbs and 5'7 and fit on the table fine. I also had a 2x robe and it also fit perfectly! Definitely plus size friendly! After my massage I waited in the lobby area a little longer to enjoy my relaxation and then headed to the women's locker room to change. There is a shower if you prefer to not go home with lotion on you. When you go to leave, they will hold the door open for you and I feel like that is a very nice touch! I will absolutely be back!
