If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent over $1,100 here before permanently moving out of state. I made it clear multiple times -- on the phone, in person, and in the chair -- that this needed to be done right the first time. I wouldn't be able to come back. Instead, I left with migrated filler, a swollen uneven mouth, and a lump in my smile line that now moves every time I talk. (Photos attached.) I reached out calmly, explained everything, and was told to send photos. I did -- immediately. Days went by. No response. When I followed up, the owner finally got on the phone and offered 20% off my next visit. This, after I had already said multiple times that I don't live in California anymore. When I asked, "So you're not even willing to refund half the service fee?" she repeated the 20% line again and then hung up on me. So now I get to pay out of pocket to have their work dissolved and corrected elsewhere. I'm not just disappointed. I'm genuinely shocked. I am not even surprised this place has 4.9 stars. My friend recommended Leigh to me after I had a few disappointing and overpriced experiences elsewhere. It's really tough to find a clinic that features all the latest and greatest aesthetic services with professionals who know what they're doing. This is LA, there is a med spa or plastic surgeon on every corner and it can be risky trying somewhere new. My friend assured me I would love SKA and Leigh. I went in for a refresher and Leigh made some recommendations. She didn't push any services on me and went over all my options and pricing in detail. I got xeomin (which I prefer), filler, and PRP. I came back 3 weeks later for a follow up and we looked at my before and after pictures and I mean wow. The difference is astonishing, someone told me I look 16 the other day, haha, and now I see why. The changes were very clear but not in a fake or overdone way. I've been going to Skintight for many years now, and have always been pleased with my experience and the outcome. I mentioned to Leigh that I had a bad chiropractic adjustment, some 2 yrs ago, and we discussed various treatments available for managing and healing the pain. I went with the stem cell therapy, exosome therapy and pep-tides therapy (the whole shebang). I am well on my way to becoming pain-free, even if not yet 100%. To my dismay, the girl who was sitting at the front desk, did not even look at me, and talked to me while staring at the computer. I even asked her the price of skin vive and she quoted me $600.00 a syringe, when in fact it is $375.00 a syringe. I had to ask her twice to finally get the correct price. I just want to inform you that the front desk person's attitude is very important for a first time client, and I did not feel comfortable booking a consultation considering that I was treated in such a dismissive manner. read more

Honestly the best experience I've had at any cosmetic clinic. Firstly, the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness from their team even upon entering immediately made me feel like I went to the right place. I was referred to Skin Tight by a friend because I was looking to get rid of my broken blood vessels on my chest that have been bothering me. Nurse Ashley prepped me with numbing cream and we chatted about the IPL and I felt really comfortable.
