There is a huge and stunning wall of rocks and gems you can self-service with a variety of types, shapes, finishes and priced at a very accessible level. I arrived around 5 PM on a weekday, and the posted hours showed that the business was open until 7 PM. When I walked in, no one was at the front to greet me, and I actually had to call out "hello" before someone came to assist me. I explained that I was a walk-in and asked if I could do the shortest weekday special, which was only 45 minutes. The employee checked the schedule and told me there was nothing available for the rest of the day. I completely understand a business being fully booked and needing appointments. My frustration is that nothing I saw indicated that this was an appointment-only business or that walk-ins may not be accommodated. When a business advertises operating hours until 7 PM, I think it would be helpful to clearly communicate that services are by appointment only or that appointments are strongly recommended. I had specifically made time today to come in and was genuinely excited to experience the head spa, so it was disappointing to leave without being able to try any of the services. I would still love to experience the spa in the future, but I definitely think the appointment/walk-in policy needs to be communicated more clearly so other customers don't have the same experience.
