However ther were multiple types of appointments listed - different packages, different types, and I wasn't sure which one to pick since I needed help with two different issues. I wrote back asking which type of appointment I should pick from her link as I was eager to start scheduling sessions. This was still on 10/11/2022. No response. I followed up on 10/17. No response. I followed up on 10/18. No response. I made one last attempt on 10/26. It is now 10/31 and still no response. All messages were marked as read. I don't doubt that Pattie is excellent if you can make an appointment without needing answers beforehand.
