If I could give zero stars I would, they came out and pumped our septic after we asked them to also do the fills lines, they never finished the job, left the open hole around the septic tank and never put the cap back on, we had to hire an additional plumber to come out the cap on the tanks. One week later the septic is still backing up into our home and he tells us to call another company because they couldn't find the fill lines and "we did not offer to come and dig the lines up with his crew". Because "the heat index was too hot for that type of work" Skipper had the audacity to suggest we should have dug it up ourselves to make their job easier and that we should be able to control the heat index when hiring for jobs. Essentially he is just out here doing half the work accepting cash only and taking zero responsibility when he doesn't do the job in full. He then kept calling my husband little boy and when I corrected him he hung up. Zero for professionalism, zero for the actual work done, zero for the cost. This man is a snake in the grass waiting for u suspecting victims to rob. Do not hire him! read more

I was panicking over the phone and he calmed me down, answered my questions, and came out on a Friday afternoon, by himself as he had already let his crew go home for the day. We had a general idea where the tank was and he found it within a minute. He quickly emptied both tanks of our septic system, gave us instructions on how to keep it going better and even found where someone had flushed clothes. Everything was done within two hours of my call, I know now to service our system every few years to avoid problems in the future. Ben Hott, the owner, is the one who helped us. He was very professional, did not try to overcharge us because it was late on a Friday afternoon, and made sure we took photos to know where the tank covers are for future pumpings. We will definitely recommend and use Skipper's Septic in the future! He is a good Christian businessman and we are very happy that we called him. read more

I couldn't get in touch with my regular septic tank pump company after three phone calls. So I looked up another septic tank service, and chose skipper septic tank service. Ben, the owner, came out several hours later, and it was clear from the start but he knew what he was doing. Ben and his assistant cleaned out the drain field of roots and debris. He was much more knowledgeable on what needed to be done. It seems as though he has solved the problem and I will write another review in a few to report how the septic system is working.
