It can be hard to find street parking in front of his office, but there is a small parking lot behind the building (off the back lane) that usually has a visitor spot available (in my limited experience). His in-office appointments were about 30 minutes behind both times I went so probably a good idea to phone first to see if he's on time.

She said she would get someone to assist me then went off to go do something else then just started chatting with another associate and completely forgot about me so I asked another associate who was awesome, who I believe his name is Sean and at least made up for the lack of customer service I received from the previous associate. I think it's just hit or miss with who you interact with at this store. The products are always fun to look at, pricey most of the time as most cosmetics, skincare and haircare is so I tend to find better deals at the online store than in store. If you want friendly assistance I would recommend Sean to approach who has black hair and tanned skin. He was just so pleasant to interact with.

I told her that that wasn't good enough for me and that I wanted my package refunded because I didn't feel comfortable going back. I never heard back after that phone call or the email I sent the company after the fact. In short, I would say proceed with caution.
