They make sure that your stay is 100% to your taste and liking. This is evident in several things that you'll see if you choose to go. I loved the fact that she asked me, before she even started, if I'd like to know about the products she was using on me, or if I'd prefer to have quiet time.....and I chose quiet time. The message chair was super comfortable, the music was at the perfect volume and the temperature was neutral with the option of having your heating pad on the bed turned on or off.....depending on your mood. First time guests receive $10 off their first treatment and $20 off their products which I appreciated. The products WERE scented I have a very sensitive nose and I could definitely tell you that they were scented. I called the owner Sandy after the first 10 days and she was very nice and said come in and i will fix it as i must be that 5% that the colour doesn't fade. I made the appointment for that next week. But was later told Sandy could not do them as she has to let the staff that did them fix them. Or she would have to double charge me. Like my time is free to fix there mess up. Now the original girl did a good job on the outer line and it was just the colour that was brutal. So i said fine. This time i would not be listening to her best guess and pick the colour i know to be rite. So now it's 3 weeks and the colour didn't fade and I'm going in. The same girl bring out the same colour. And I'm like no no and pick a light nude pink i originally wanted. But because it's lighter it doesn't really show. I'm mortified. So now i know im going to have to have them lazer removed. Very painful and expensive. And i cant take any more time of work. I get to my car and look closer and omg I'm going to throw up. She messed up the out line it's crooked and looks like a toddler drew it. She drew outside of it. Like why would u do that. All she had to do was take a lighter colour and colour in the middle to try and mask the fuchsia. But she decided to also draw out side the lines that didn't need to be touched as they where fine. A damn kindergartener can keep with in the lines. Did they do it on purpose? I was so polite and kind about it to them but now the gloves are off i called and the owner ist in till have way thee next week. Omg how can i show my face any where. I'm going to have to lock my self at home. I can't go to work like this. Now i just found out that trying to lazer off the colour will actually turn it gray. This place should be shut down. They didn't even have covid protocol or ask me if Iv travelled or have any systems no one wore a mask. I'm calling A litigation attorney we have in the family. Now that I've been crying for hours. Avoid this place unless you want to come out like hatchet face from the movie cry baby. Don't ever go here or it will be the single worst decision of ur life. My entire life has been a brow struggle. I could write an essay on that alone. I'm going to be honest. I won't be back for brows. I don't know if they just didn't have a range of tints to choose from, but she chose the darkest brown for my brows and told me to scrub them if they were too dark for me. It's not about even the skin tint, the hair colour is wrong. Yes, they were less bold, but the hairs are still nearly black. At other places, they've used a light brown which of course works better with my generally fair features. Do I have to come back more frequently? Yes, but that's also part of being a natural blonde. The shaping and wax was pretty wrong too. I know it's a challenge. They are blonde and I didn't give you how they normally look... but I was also looking to work with my brow shape thinking the microneedling experience would give you a reasonable idea on how to map them, etc... which is why I grew them out. I will certainly have to grow them back out over the next two months since the top-front of my brow was waxed away to a.. weird point? Having said that - they seem to have a lot of interesting services that I would like to try there - hydrofacial, microneedling... all of that. It was clean, quiet, and she worked dilligently and kindly. Parking is easy. I don't really hold it against the spa... very few people get this one right. It's been a struggle for many years. They were trying to get me to pay $115 for a 75ml tube of product made by a company I've never ever heard of. The second spa treatment, done yesterday, was likewise underwhelming. What is really upsetting is that, due to overaggressive extractions, I am now covered in pin-prick-like, red wounds where pores were traumatised when they'd be better left alone. What's worse is that my esthetician, who had long nails, didn't even wear gloves to do the extractions, which I discovered too late. The extractions actually brought up tears, and I am the type of person who can sit through brazilian waxes and blood donations with a buddha-like smile on my face. I feel like I paid well over $135 for a skin treatment that left me in worse shape than I started. I ran into a friend the today, who, taking one look at my face, said "what did I tell you about doing your own extractions! You're going to get an infection!" I went back today to show the shop manager what was going on. I wasn't looking for refunds or complimentary services, as I kept reiterating, but she kept going on and on about how I should really let her show me a few lines of skin care products that would help minimise the need for extractions. Unbelievable. Long and short is that I won't go back, and would tell anyone (that I like) to steer clear.
