And I did not feel at all welcomed at any point during the interaction. There are better bike shops in town. Instead of offering to do anything to make it right. They assembled it perfectly, but while I was riding home, I ran over a piece of glass. I brought it back in and got some tire inserts to protect against sharp objects. Took my bike to Frankie's for repair the next day. What a great bike shop! They sell and rent bikes and also do repairs. We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled! They sell all the bike necessities in this shop. Hubby and I splurged and got bells for our bikes. lol. Hubby also bought a cool ball cap. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again. Great service!
