They also have natural shea butter and lots and lots of wigs. I always come here to get hair so that I can braid my hair. They have from really cheap wigs $5 - 50+ and up. This place can have lots of great things for great value but they can also have some products that are much more money here than what they originally cost else where. They also have like 2 makeup isles with NYX products and more. They have a great Section for hair accessories. The one thing they don't have to much of is fake nails but other than that they have a decent nail polish selection.

Unlike other beauty supply shops where only salon business owners can purchase, you don't have to be a hair salon professional to purchase here. You just need to love beauty products and shopping. The African family running this shop keeps a close eye on who's walking where and what you need by looking at their camera screen. But let's be real though, in a time where there are folks stealing left and right, I like that the business owner is keeping close tabs period. Since the weather has been hot and knew I was going to Sanibel to beach swim quite a lot, I purchased a deep leave-in conditioner to hydrate my hair afterwards as well grab a pomade to keep my edges snatched. Service was friendly even from the owner's daughter(?) who suggested I try a certain brand in detail- plus prices are reasonable.

He kept rubbing his nose up at me and giving me a weird look everytime I looked forward, which made me uncomfortable. And I didn't do anything to warrant that type of behavior from him. Here's the thing, if a customer is buying from a store that you work at, it's your job to be professional and not make your customers feel bad. I don't know if this man was racist or not, or if he was just a miserable person in general, but that was a major turnoff and made me not want to go back or recommend to others. Learn to treat customers well and leave your misery (or racism) at the door.

In the store was the owner and I guess his son. I was on the phone talking to my family. I asked the older gentlemen if he had Opps. He answered no. As I went to the register (which was about 10 mins or so later) I asked the younger son if he had opps. Very disrespectfully he replied "you already asked him and he told you no. So the answer is no! I asked who are you talking to? And he replied you! So I turned to the older gentleman and said is this how you talk to your customers. By this time I am getting angry. He then says to me, "you're just angry". That's when I lost it. I reminded them both that African Americans spend their money in the store the most. Black and brown ppl. My seasonal job is having a Xmas party so I thought I'd buy some weaving hair just to add to the…read moreback. Problem is, my hair is mostly salt n pepper (a family trait) and I had no idea what to do. I had the pleasure of speaking to Priscilla who helped me by pulling the selection of salt n pepper yaki hair they had and trying to color match me. Unfortunately, the 34 and 44 were a bit too dark and my natural hair has a brown tint, which I guess would make me more cinnamon and sugar than salt n pepper. Anyway, I already have a lot of hair and she really loved my natural silver, white streaks. I decided to just give in and go to the salon, however, I will be back as Priscilla was very helpful and didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't look right. This is what you want in a sales clerk. I left there empty handed but happy that this store is back on my revisit list. I had stopped coming here years ago because of a particularly surly security guard and an equally unpleasant Asian woman who used to man the register. Go glad that has changed. This place has a large selection of products, so the chances of you finding what you want are high. The aisles are a tad tight and I wouldn't bring a stroller inside.the ladies at the register are pleasant and helpful and the guards were nice.
