most unreliable store hours in the damn world witch is so annoying cause they have decent products. Another thing I find annoying is that this is the second time that the store has turned me away while they have other customers physically in the store shopping still and I've gotten there before the closing time I told him I only want one auto tunnel exactly what I want exactly what it is. I have my money in my hand, but they turn me away, but they let anybody that looks similar to them into the store to shop at the same time that they turn me away. . I just honestly seems unprofessional and it really sucks. Meanwhile, when it comes to customer service, there's only one girl in there that's actually really helped me out thank God for her but a lot of the times the person I ask for help and does not speak English but they'll still follow mommy like and make me feel uncomfortable and again it's unfair that if I want help I can't really get it unless it's from that one employee. Don't have a problem with the store it's in the hutch mall which is convenient since there is parking. It's crazy to think how expensive products have become overtime especially for natural curly hair people. The people are always nice never have a problem with them. read more

So here I am again, finding my supplies from my favorite beauty supply store. I haven't been here in a couple of months, because I am not from the area, but I always come this distance just to get what I need. I decided that I needed another wig from them, which will be probably my third or fourth wig I have bought from them, and I also need some more hair dye. The girl that helped me today, at first was not very friendly, but eventually she warmed up. I tried on just two different styles, she helped me and then I decided on the one that I wanted, in the color that I wanted, in the long length that I always wear. The girls that work there are extremely rude instead of asking the customer if they need any help they talk amongst themselves and say oh we have to close the doors earlier then proceed in saying how they will miss there bus because a customer is still in the store. If they are so bothered to help why work there? Whoever owns the supply store needs torehire people that actually know about customer service. Lastly extremely over priced I bought a wella color touch which is usually 8 dollars they are selling it for 11 and change. First lets begin how highly I recommend this beauty supply store. The inventory is much more pleasing than other stores that I've experienced. The staff are extremely helpful. I've never had an issue for any returns as long it's in great condition and with store packages, except blowdryers I had to return it back to the manufacture. I've been coming here since they opened with the mini mall. They carry a nice supply of products and are not overpriced. I definitely recomend them to others.... read more

Staff at this store are prejudice toward people of color. They do not value their costumers. I like to spend my money at local small businesses in my community. I had a horrible experience here and am super disappointed, considering I could simply go to Target across the parking lot. One staff member used the word "Ghetto" to describe a hairbrush tool I use a home, which is degrading and disrespectful. Also, disappointing because she is a female of color herself. I asked the manager for assistance regarding a Devacurl product and in a dismissive attitude he told me they did not have it. The manager and employees proceeded to be rude, dismissive, and simply unkind to me. They have a bias toward patrons in their community and do not treat people with respect and dignity. read more

Absolute worst beauty supply in all of NY. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE! They sell DEFECTIVE merchandise and if you try to return it they tell you that you need to send it back to the manufacturer!
