Greg called me shortly after and said he would have time on Sunday which was the next day. He showed up and took a look at my pump and trouble shot and figured out there was a lizard in my pump. From the beginning he didn't seem convinced that something was wrong with my pump. He even tuned up and tested and got my pool to where it needed to be chemical wise. My first call was to PPS, they've always treated me fair, went above and beyond, and displayed nothing but integrity. Nick showed up and within a couple of minutes found the problem. The breakers within the timer box had tripped. I had completely forgotten about those switches. Instead of making me feel stupid Nick waived the service fee and made sure my pump and heater were working well before he left.
