I was recommended this spot and had to try it out. I went in tonight and loved the vibe. The customer service was great and I had one of they're items that they recommended it's was ribs with mashed potatoes and it was so top notch quality! Really disappointed in this place, used to be a regular but ownership or management has changed. No longer recognize any faces. The service is subpar now, but the biggest issue is the price. Their hookahs are great, they truly are, but $60 for 1 hookah with the gratuity? That's ridiculous!! There's a certain price point where if a business crosses, they loses more customers than they would imagine and it also comes with a loss of key consistent repeated customers too. Also, they charge an 18% automatic gratuity to the bill so you feel the bill and that probably also explains why service isn't good . Ever since moving back to the valley this is my go-to lounge for hookah. I should add that they have the best pizza, as well as a good selection of other food on the menu. The outdoor space with the large windows makes the air so crispy-fresh, and the beautiful ceiling star-lights make it very cozy during the night. They also play good music (: Everyone who comes here typically are regulars, and I love that we can take our laptops and work there.  All that said, I should add that the #1 reason that I continue to come here, and I don't only speak for myself when I say this, & I think all customers would agree, is that they have amazing staff, as well as ownership. They make everyone feel so welcomed. & unlike other places, they have created a very family-like dynamic with their employees, & you can tell they all have respect for one another. My favorites, Shay, and Abdi who are literally THE BEST and so dang funny. The pizza was delicious and everything was fine but five dollars for a teabag and hot water seemed kind of steep for a teabag & hot water and four dollars extra for vegan cheese sounds astronomical. I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used to love it--the staff was friendly, not pushy, the service was great, and the hookah always tasted good. The food was also solid. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The menu changes and staff turnover have really affected the experience. It also feels like management can't take constructive criticism. I noticed in the comments that when someone mentioned how expensive the hookah is, instead of acknowledging the feedback, management became defensive and argumentative. For comparison, many hookah lounges in Burbank charge around $27, or $32 for premium options, and the quality is better without making customers feel gaslighted. I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but now it's clear why the place is almost always empty. I've even run into regulars from this lounge at other spots, so it's obvious I'm not the only one who feels this way. My friend and I had a good time coming here. We didn't get a chance to order any food but the pizza and wings look delicious. We had some hookah. Service was great. It was a relatively busy but the serving staff was very attentive. In addition, they had service bills at each table, so our server was at our table within minutes of pressing it. The prices for hookah are reasonable. Just be aware that they add an automatic 18% tip to the bill, which is fine because service was pretty good. Some folks may not be okay with this but I am as long as the service is good. P.S. The establishment is really nice and clean. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.
