Ever since moving back to the valley this is my go-to lounge for hookah. I should add that they have the best pizza, as well as a good selection of other food on the menu. The outdoor space with the large windows makes the air so crispy-fresh, and the beautiful ceiling star-lights make it very cozy during the night. They also play good music (: Everyone who comes here typically are regulars, and I love that we can take our laptops and work there. All that said, I should add that the #1 reason that I continue to come here, and I don't only speak for myself when I say this, & I think all customers would agree, is that they have amazing staff, as well as ownership. They make everyone feel so welcomed. & unlike other places, they have created a very family-like dynamic with their employees, & you can tell they all have respect for one another. My favorites, Shay, and Abdi who are literally THE BEST and so dang funny. Shay is like the mascot of this place hahaha! and he gives world-class customer service, as does every other staff member here. I honestly look forward to going to Sky just to see them. Shout to Shay Shay and Abdi 4 life... & "Come down from the mountains" (insider) Love this place, and the peeps here. #1 in the valley! My friend and I had a good time coming here. We didn't get a chance to order any food but the pizza and wings look delicious. We had some hookah. Service was great. It was a relatively busy but the serving staff was very attentive. In addition, they had service bills at each table, so our server was at our table within minutes of pressing it. The prices for hookah are reasonable. Just be aware that they add an automatic 18% tip to the bill, which is fine because service was pretty good. Some folks may not be okay with this but I am as long as the service is good. P.S. The establishment is really nice and clean. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I plan to come back with my girlfriends the next time.

Hamlett & Shay we're amazing!!!! You can get pizza next door and they'll hold your hookah table while you eat! The hookah is good and priced well with amazing flavors! There's no alcohol but it doesn't take away from the vibes! It's chill too so you can have a date night or a work session like I did! Definitely coming back!

I was recommended this spot and had to try it out. I went in tonight and loved the vibe. The customer service was great and I had one of they're items that they recommended it's was ribs with mashed potatoes and it was so top notch quality! The ribs literally slid off the bone, so mouth watering! Must try! Oh and the hookah was so smooth and amazing variety of Russian flavors. Highly recommend this spot! read more

Really disappointed in this place, used to be a regular but ownership or management has changed. No longer recognize any faces. The service is subpar now, but the biggest issue is the price. Their hookahs are great, they truly are, but $60 for 1 hookah with the gratuity? That's ridiculous!! There's a certain price point where if a business crosses, they loses more customers than they would imagine and it also comes with a loss of key consistent repeated customers too. Also, they charge an 18% automatic gratuity to the bill so you feel the bill and that probably also explains why service isn't good . But again, as far as quality of the hookah, and nothing else, it's good read more

Overpriced. Gratuity is already included so the workers don't even come up to you. Stay away. We came in for a hookah and $65 later left unhappy. Place is very pretty, shame that the service is not adequate. read more

Went here a few weeks ago for pizza. The pizza was delicious and everything was fine but five dollars for a teabag and hot water seemed kind of steep for a teabag & hot water and four dollars extra for vegan cheese sounds astronomical. Considering I wasn't adding to the pizza, I was exchanging one cheese for the other. Two dollars would have been OK, but I'm not OK with four dollars. Not coming here again because of that. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used to love it--the staff was friendly, not pushy, the service was great, and the hookah always tasted good. The food was also solid. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The menu changes and staff turnover have really affected the experience. It also feels like management can't take constructive criticism. I noticed in the comments that when someone mentioned how expensive the hookah is, instead of acknowledging the feedback, management became defensive and argumentative. For comparison, many hookah lounges in Burbank charge around $27, or $32 for premium options, and the quality is better without making customers feel gaslighted. I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but now it's clear why the place is almost always empty. I've even run into regulars from this lounge at other spots, so it's obvious I'm not the only one who feels this way. The place itself is great and has a lot of potential, but that potential is clearly being ruined by poor management. read more

Terrible experience at Sky Hookah Lounge. The service was the worst I've seen in a long time. The staff barely acknowledged us, too busy with their phones and prioritizing delivery orders instead of paying attention to the only dining customers there--us! Their only customers.... We waited over an hour for our food, and the appetizers we ordered were never even brought out. No apologies, no effort to fix the issue. It felt like they couldn't care less about the in-house dining experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a pleasant evening. By far the greatest hangout spot during Covid! I'm beyond glad I discovered this place. The owners are the best and the staff are amazing- they are all extremely professional and fun to converse with. AND most importantly, for me, is that their hookah is honestly the best I've ever had. And I sincerely mean THE BEST. I had the "Pink Panther" by the way-definitely worth a try! I can't wait to go back. I went here for my birthday. This place has potential with a good DJ and more food selections. The ambience is awesome ! But here's the breakdown! Food: 7/10 Cocktails: 9/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 8/10 Parking: 10/10 Location: 9/10 Make sure you look at your bill and review all items you ordered. They put an extra 4 margaritas on our bill which cost $25 each if you select a premium spirit. We went on a Tuesday which wasn't crowded I can see it being crowded on a weekend. So make reservations! I do recommend this spot if your more low key and want to chill. If you want to turn up and party then go somewhere else! Overall I'll go back but on a weekend to see what the vibe is. 5 stars coming from the Bay Area! First time here, the over all experience was great! The host, server and busser were all very friendly polite and fast. Very attentive, and patient. I've only been here once. Pros - Good hookah, friendly staff, free parking Cons- it gets cold at night, it's very dark It's deff more of a date night spot or a group outing. Don't recommend going alone to do work. It's a chill spot. I would try it again. It's more locals than touristy. read more

Such a chill hookah lounge. I love the vibe and ambiance and love that it's in noho. All the servers are very nice and attentive which you don't really get too often nowadays. Their food is delicious and the hookah kept going for hours! We got their house mix with cane mint and melon super bomb. We ordered a bunch of food but we loved their Nutella pizza with strawberries and bananas it was delicious. Will definitely be back!! read more

There are heaters and they regularly check on you to the point where they don't even leave a pair of tongs for you to adjust your coals. There's a large list of flavors and the guys seem to be very knowledgeable. We should've gone with what they recommended because my gf and I didn't really like the combination we made, but there's always next time! Our hookah still had plenty of flavor 2 hours into the night, so you know they're not skimping out on you. I wish all hookah spots were like this. Good atmosphere, great service, and reasonable prices.

There's hookah as well, an extensive flavour menu and a designated "hookah guy" to attend to your setup. There's parking in the lot next door until 10:30pm - be sure to move your car by then, or it will be locked in the garage with an additional charge overnight (this didn't happen to me; I heeded other Yelp reviews and noted the signs around the garage). I paid $6 to park for 2 hours (the restaurant doesn't validate). The entrance is on the side of the building; you'll see it as soon as you exit the garage.

I assume he's there during brunch hours, as he left around 3 pm when brunch ended. I started with a frozen lime margarita ($12). It was okay; it felt like it was only half frozen as the ice wasn't blended that well. For my main, I got the famous Anejo carne asada and shrimp plate for $40. Yes it was pricy, but the portion size was also huge! I was starving and somehow managed to finish the plate, but it'd be a great dish to share for two people with small appetites. I really enjoyed it as well. I asked for the steak to be cooked rare, and they didn't overcook it. Each bite was super tender and flavorful and paired well with the rice. Everyone else also enjoyed their dish. One friend got the wet chicken burrito for $15 and it was massive! Another got the veggie fajitas with steak added and really enjoyed her dish as well. Solid food all around. I would love to come back on a weekday and try their happy hour! Sipping on $5 margaritas and $6 sangrias sounds like my idea of a great time!

I don't like to leave reviews on yelp because I don't think there's a need for that however my experience at sky hookah lounge definitely deserves a zero star review. If there was a negative one review I want put it but since there isn't we have to just deal with this. First comes first we ordered drinks they were at least 30 minutes late service is slow unprofessional and disrespectful and overall just horrible. The waitresses have horrible customer service skills and are extremely unprofessional and rude while speaking to customers. Well we got seated another table got sat after us and although we were first the waiter decides to go to the other table before going to us which was totally fine we can understand that however once she comes to our table she was very standoffish and didn't know what we're inside of the alcoholic drinks after waiting about 30 minutes for our drinks we decided to order hookah which was also quite horrible since it was burning the first five minutes we started to smoke it. And the hookah guy was rude and passive aggressive. He wouldn't talk to us about the hookah and would just say coals? The pizzas were under cooked and when we told the waiter that it's a bit doughy she said that that's just how it's supposed to be. This was our second time coming to this lounge and will definitely be our last. It was just so loud and not a quiet ambience, and I know it's normal for restaurants to be loud but this specific restaurant people we're just screaming at the top of their lungs the whole environment seems so low class and cheap. I love coming to Skyhookahlounge because of the great ambience, The vibe of this hookah lounge is very cozy! They have the best hookah in town the Hookah heads could last from 3 to 4 hours which is a lot longer than most of the other lounges around North Hollywood. Not to mention the customer service is phenomenal the servers are at your table any chance that they get they will make you feel so incredibly comfortable they go out of their way to make you feel special I love the service here!! Most other Hookah Lounges have a very cold service but this is why Sky is the best Lounge!! Also the food is amazing they have a specialty Nutella pizza for dessert which is absolutely incredibly delicious. I also heard that they're coming out with a brand new menu I cannot wait to see the new additions!! Wow what can I say. Wonderful lounge, probably best in north Hollywood. First time we were here the servers generously brought us free desert, Nutella pizza, for us. Have been coming back here ever since. Very informative staff, great music, such a sick place. Usually we call to make a reservation, which the staff always gets us the best seat in the house, but sometimes we walk in and still get the best service. As a new lounge, they're making great changes to stick to a high class type of place and it's awesome. Our go to hookah spot! Recommend trying "Pink Panther" or "Medusa" for hookah. Amazing packing, lasts hours without refill. My girl loves coming here because of the friendly service and amazing hookah. I personally love their alcohol selection. The service at Sky Hookah Lounge was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed far more focused on their phones and managing delivery orders than providing decent customer service. My boyfriend and I and our group of 4 others were the only dining customers, and it still took over an hour for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, they never brought out the appetizers we ordered, and there was no communication or apology about the delay. It felt like they didn't value our time or business. We had high hopes for this evening, but instead left us frustrated and unsatisfied. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

This place took a turn for the worst. Was a nice chill hookah lounge and turned into a strip club. Girls shaking their butts while our table is trying to eat. Really low class and overall dirty. Just a rowdy place. Drinks came out almost 30 minutes after we ordered, which tasted too sweet, and through the window we could see staff touching dirty items then handling food,drinks, etc. Horrible service from the waiters, not really attentive to say the least. Music is way too loud. If you plan to interact with people, dont go here. We had to yell to hear eachother. We ask them to lower the music a bit, they did for moment and then raised it up again. This is not a club! Everything else is great with this place. If management agrees to lower I will delete this review and come back again. read more
