I also had a cappuccino from the self‑service machine, which was perfectly fine for an early airport start. What stood out most was the service. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, quickly clearing plates and keeping the buffet fully stocked throughout my visit. Overall, this is a comfortable, well‑run lounge that feels refreshed and calm, especially nice for an early departure. A strong option at DIA and a great place to start the day before a flight.

The did turn away a few people who could not show proof. Since this is volunteer run and not financially supported by the military, the food was minimal with snacks. We were told that the poke bowl (around $30) could not be made until 11:00 AM, despite it being 10:45 and the menu stating nothing about this restriction. When we asked if we could order it ahead of time and receive it at 11, she snapped, "NO, we can't even ring it in until 11," and then told us to wait outside. We complied initially, then sat quietly at an empty table near the hostess stand, completely out of the way. Shortly after, my friend informed us that the manager had approved placing the poke bowl order before 11. We paid, tipped, and sat back down briefly while waiting for the food. Within two minutes, the same bartender aggressively approached us and yelled for us to leave and wait outside. When my boyfriend calmly explained that we were simply waiting for food we had already paid for, she responded, "I don't care, you can go wait outside," and essentially kicked us out of the restaurant. This happened despite us being seated out of the way and not disrupting service, and in a high-traffic airport area where her reaction caused more disruption than our presence ever did. To make the interaction even stranger, after we waited outside, a male bartender brought us our food, handed it to us, and said "peace out" in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional food service experiences I've ever had. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years and attended culinary school, so I understand pressure and policy. This was not that. This was unnecessary hostility, poor communication, and a complete lack of basic professionalism.

There are 3 levels. The buffet is on Level 3. Food is ok, cheese plates, some hot items like pasta, ravioli, ans soups, sandwiches, salads etc. There are coffee makers, soft drinks, water, tea, etc. There are 2 bars. You can check your flight status on the big screen. Free wifi. They only allowed you check in to the club 3 hours before your flight. Overall, it is nice to unwind and get some privacy between flights. But if your lay-over is less than 2 hours, it might not be worth it since Denver Airport is very nice with plenty of sofa and lounging chairs. Why not 5 stars: - the club is closed at 9 PM. - food is just ok - bathroom is clean but not enough ventilation... so it can get really stinky! - cost - it does not have other facilities like those international lounges (shower, massage chair, etc.)
