Came here from Las Vegas , NV 08/24/24. Golf course was beautiful but the customer service was ridiculous. On Saturday I had a tee time at 11 am . My cart was dirty, my cooler wasn't cleaned it had red dye inside with bad odor the seats were sticky felt like adhesive it was that sticky ! Thinking about it I wanna throw up! You would think they clean and rinse it out at the end of the day !?! Fortunately I do carry sanitizer wipes especially traveling so I ended up wiping it myself . I wanted to tell the worker who distributing the carts , but he was busy talking to another customer and they had already called my name out to the front . I don't think I'll be coming back here. I have never experienced this in any golf location ever.

I have been down coming to this course over the past 20 years and can't get enough of the amazing scenery! 360 view of beautiful red rocks, brown vistas and emerald green fairways! What else more can you ask for? The pro shop is always top notch and so is the grill! Highly suggest this top course in Southern Utah!!

This course was absolutely amazing. Absolutely stunning views and the course was in incredible condition. Rolling fairways and the greens were sooo nice. Definitely will be playing this course again next time I drive through St. George.

Even though it is a little bit out of the way from St. George city proper, it was well worth the drive for me. The course was in decent shape, the set up was playable and fun, pricing is slightly elevated, and the backdrops and views are utterly jaw dropping. We were the first group off on a Sunday morning and I was paired with another twosome. There's plenty of elevation change that brings a fair amount of blind shots, especially of the tee variety (4,9, and 17 stick out in my head). So having a someone with local knowledge or a solid GPS can definitely save some strokes. There are plenty of Kodak moments on the course where you have to bust out the camera or just stop and take in the view. I felt the back nine played flatter and straighter than the front, but overall, all the holes were pretty unique and you didn't feel like you were zig zagging, playing the same type of hole. Service was friendly in the clubhouse and I got more information about the area from the starter before I teed off. One of the employees even chased me down in the parking lot to return my pullover which I had left in the cart. My fees for 18 and a cart were $75, which is OK. Some of the tee boxes were beat up and unlevel, and the greens ran about medium speed. The only issue I had was that they let some groups out on the back before we made the turn, which completely slowed us down and removed any rhythm that we were trying to establish. The group directly in front of us had us waiting with every single shot. A marshal needed to be watching this group and pushing them. We were out in 1:30 and back in 2:10, but that was only because that group in front of us called it quits after 16.

Great views and great golf. My husband and I enjoyed the stunning scenery. The golf course was in great shape although the greens were a little bit slow. Pace of play was decent - we waited quite a bit for some shots because the course is pretty tight. Range was on mats due to working on the grass. Would def go back. Staff was very friendly and price was very reasonable.

In short, Sky Mountain is a very fun course. A little out of the way from St. George, in the town of Hurricane, you'll find this gem of a golf course. Me and a few friends were down here for a golf trip and decided to play Sky Mountain. We all played it years ago so decided to give it another go. It was a lot of fun. The course is quite short (like just over 6,300 yards or something from the tips) but is in great shape and the greens roll nice. The price is also right. It was like $59 for 18 holes. Fun to have to place shots off the tee. Some of the highlights include the last few holes that lie on the edge of a giant gorge. If you are down in the St. George you should definitely play it.

I came from LA to see a softball tournament in St George in July 2020.

GOLF: Over priced. Lacks the customer service it should have for the cost being comprable of some…read moreluxury golf courses and retreats. However the experience doesn't even come close to the same. Over $450 for a two some for sub par experience. Score card had no course map we were completely blind. Club house was slow and employees talk to guests unprofessional for the level this course is trying to be at. No one loaded the clubs, offered waters or cleaned the clubs and gave no insight on the course. No discount on golf even though I rented one of their properties for the weekend directly through them for that reason. Vacation rental: this is where bad got worse. After booking you don't get a user friendly receipt showing what you booked or a link to share or revisit like other vacation rental companies. I had to dig for an email that was not from copper rock but from "Derek" a host away host right before arrival with the door code WiFi and address. Upon arrival there were many issues. No house bible or instructions on opening the pool cover, the blinds, where to find extra pillows or blankets etc.. There were ants in the bathrooms on countertops, walls and toilets. The primary rooms closet carpet was torn up with exposed carpet nails completely unusable and an obvious safety hazard that was not disclosed to me in the booking process. The pool was covered in dirt and hot tub had green, muggy and extremely odorous water, the filter for it was due for replacement 2 weeks prior and still was alerting. No dish towels in the kitchen. We killed two cockroaches in the garage and one in the cooler in the backyard. When I emailed the host Derek with my concerns the day I arrived I was met with excuse and a 'not my problem - these things happen' response. After further trying to discuss the issues at hand Derek just started ignoring and not responding to any emails. This course and the rental properties are shiny and new on the outside with a premium price tag but you will not get the experience or customer care that you should at these premium rates. This whole weekend was a massive disappointment and unfortunately wouldn't recommend any one to waste their money here.
